Excellent customer service. There was a problem with our reservation and unfortunately no car was available, so they put us in at the next best time slot and said if anything comes up, we would be the first they call and after like 25 minutes, they sure called! Errol Evans was so great. He was kind, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Would recommend him to anyone!

I ENJOYED THE RENTAL IT WAS HARD TO GIVE IT BACK. THE STAFF AT DELAWARE AVE. BUFFALO, NY ARE THE BEST I WILL RENT FROM THERE AGAIN,AGAIN,AND AGAIN.

DONT EVER GO THIS LOCATION. We booked an SUV 3 weeks in advance for the date of our travel. They apparently had an incomplete number on file for us, when my reservation on my email shows all my details correctly . No attempt at email contact. When I arrived , the branch manager Errol Evans was very unhelpful. They did not have our car ready for us and only damaged cars that they could not rent out were in their lot. We saw minivans and SUVs that were apparently booked to others. No assistance in obtaining a car from other enterprise locations. Told us to call and figure it out ourselves. Would never book from here again.

Great experience. The car was all set when I got there. All I had to do was sign paperwork and show my ID and card for the hold and I was out in less than 10 minutes.

Placed a reservation but when I called to confirm I was told that there were no cars available. I tried calling 3 different locations and was told nothing was available. What kind of company sells you something they do not have? How can a car rental not have cars? Ridiculous! Worst rental experience!

I had to wait for half hour before even being asked why I was there. I went early in the morning so I can get there before it gets busy. No one was there to my relief but apparently it didn't even matter?

I hope I can give zero stars. I booked a rental last night for this morning at 8am. Show up with my 8 yo and they informed me they have no cars. No cars, no ride back to my house (a mile away). 30m before my son has to be at school and I have a sales appt 30m away. Terrible never rent here ever

Customer service provided was fair. But the quality of cars being rented and lack of preparedness needs to improve BADLY! The car are I rented was very damaged you would think I used someone’s personal car. Also the car smelled like cigarettes which I complained about and didn’t seem like they wanted to do much for me.

I've rented from Enterprise multiple times, this time was for a trip to Atlantic Citys Boardwalk. They are always my go to when I book my road trips. They have great customer service, reliable vehicles, fast pick up and return as well as many other great factors. I'll never rent from anywhere else again after the problems I've encountered when dealing with other rental companies. Because I've had such great service with Enterprise I decided to upgrade to a enterprise plus member so I can get even better deals. Thank you Enterprise for helping make my trip to and from Atlantic City go perfect and thank you for the call making sure we made it to New Jersey safe, I appreciate the service from beginning to end!

Claire, Richard and the team in this Enterprise are all about doing the least. From Claire: “I walked into a bunch of overbooks from our website this morning.” I asked, “Did you reach out to these people to let them know they’re not going to have a car?” The response is “when we can.” I guess it’s the instagram stories and tik toks being scrolled keeping these people off the phone. We sat for a good 25 minutes and watched it happen while we figured out where to Uber and eat wings with our bags. I wasn’t surprised in the least when she identified herself as the branch manager. Nonchalant, couldn’t care less about two people with a confirmed reservation from a long ways away, stuck with two big bags and nowhere to go. Meanwhile, we have an assistant manager who I assume is Richard with his cute little desk and car calendar laughing through my conversation. At it. Laughing at the fact we’re stranded. Just bizarre at how something like this can happen at a corporate location. How there’s no quality control. No assessment of processes. From corporate, of course. Claire couldn’t even begin to put processes like that in place. That’s pretty obvious. The big finish to this entire exciting ordeal was walking back in to her talking about my wife and I like it was the server station at a chain restaurant. I get it’s Enterprise. I’m not out here expecting 5 star service. I understand that everyone in this location is just collecting a check, Claire’s just been doing it a little longer. But just ANY service. Enjoy your visit to Buffalo!And corporate marketing that’s going to respond to this, this is all I have to offer on the subject above. What you really need to do is get an actual leader that cares either in this location, or dropping by to hold some people accountable. Also, fix your app.

0 stars. Booked a reservation in advance just to arrive and did not have a car available. The representative claimed to call me and leave a message about not having any available rentals for my time but I didn't receive it. If I would have knew that there were no available rentals, I wouldn't have dropped my car off at the repair shop. Now I'm without a car while my car gets fixed.
