Recently got into an accident and brought my truck over to Elmwood collision well can I just say I'm VERY IMPRESSED they did excellent work and had the best customer service super Nice I would recommend this place hands down DO Not go anywhere else this is the place you want for your vehicle they even washed and detailed the inside beautiful great work.

Elmwood collision was amazing. I have a 1995 Lincoln Town Car that multiple shops wouldn’t even touch. Steven took one look at it and said “no problem”. Communication, workmanship, and customer service was amazing! I hope not to be back, haha, but if I find myself needing a collision repair, Elmwood collision is the first and only place I’ll go from now on.

Everybody here was a delight! They were super helpful and not once but twice had to "call a guy" for me. I didn't feel talked down to or ignored at all. They even dropped me off at the rental place. At some point, someone showed up with candy.

These guys were so great I can't recommend them enough! I hit my new car on a pole and due to my high insurance I decided to pay out of pocket. They did everything they could to save me money knowing that I was paying.. they did a beautiful job fixing my bumper and got it done within a week. Steven was so courteous and kept me informed through the whole process. Thank you Elmwood collision for fixing my baby and saving me from paying a fortune!!

Quality of work is very good. Just i ferl there was some miscommunication in the office. When i came in Monday to my work done, they seemed like they no idea i was supposed to be there. I leave my car and 30 minutes later i get a call that all the parts for a mirror are not here?

I had a dent on the front right side of my car and I took my car to Elmwood collision and they did a wonderful job. Juan was great when I picked my car up. Steve was wonderful in dealing with my insurance company and notifying me throughout the process. I would recommend Elmwood Collision.

The nicest and most helpful group of people!!Had a very, very small nick from a car wash on my brand new car. They helped me out without charging anything. I would definitely recommend saw high end cars in the driveway that looked fantastic. Thanks so much. Will be back again if needed.

Elmwood collision does absolutely seamless work, and they do it with a smile and have great attention to detail. They care about their customers and want to keep them satisfied, when I arrived to pick up my truck after a deer collision an employee was washing my vehicle, the man told me the person who cleaned it before didn’t do as good a job as he’d like so he took it upon himself to re wash, and as if that wasn’t good enough when I was looking at their repair I noticed a slightly larger gap on one side of the hood than the other, a small detail nobody would ever see, when the owner spotted me eying it he ask what was wrong and after I told him he had an employee come outside and adjust my hood so the gap would be even. These people are a small local business who love what they do and will go above and beyond to satisfy a customer.TLDR: Excellent service, seamless repair, and all with a smile!

My mechanic has always recommended Elmwood, but I’ve (luckily) never needed body work done… until I got rear ended last month. I chose to have Elmwood do my repairs and I’m very happy with my choice! They were very patient with me with all of my questions, they responded and communicated in a timely manner, they get the work done in a timely manner, they were honest and had my best interest in mind AND the work they do is amazing.
