Had some landscaping done last fall (replaced front garden beds). These guys drove a truck over my lawn and tore it to hell. Drove the truck into a low hanging tree branch and snapped it in half, resulting in the entire branch having to be removed. I was initially willing to overlook this as the landscaping looked pretty good upon completion, despite this debacle. However, that all changed this spring now that we see everything in full bloom. Multiple new plants they put in never grew and appear to be completely dead. They didn't put the promised weed mesh down in the new garden bed, and now it looks like a jungle. I understand there will always be some weeds, but I think these guys actually planted more. Unwanted mint plants and vine that they promised to remove / kill with a "special" poison (according to the sales guy) have both grown back this year. When I called their office to inquire about hiring them for weed removal I was put on hold for about 5 minutes, only for the person to come back and tell me they don't offer weed removal services. Weird how it took her that long... you would think the person answering the phone would know if a service is offered or not. The whole thing has just turned out to be very sketchy. Overall, a waste of a lot of money. I have never been to the actual garden shop and I'm sure it's fine, but I wouldn't hire these guys to do any actual work.

I’ve worked with Elbers for a few years but was finally lucky enough to have them do landscaping on my own property. Brendan is always easy to get a hold of, answers all of my questions, and is extremely talented in landscape design. Now for the muscles, Christian and Rob are the experts in rock wall building. They work well together and truly take pride in what they do. It’s an art form that not all can do. Carlos and his team come in with all the planting! That being said, I really hope Elbers recognizes the talent that they have with Christian, Rob, Carlos and crew. Take care of the people doing the hard physical work, they are amazing and irreplaceable. Looking forward to my next project!

Staff has always been helpful. I've purchased flats of salad greens, marigolds & tomatoes. I like being able to shop at a store that's been owned by a Buffalo family for decades.
