The store was clean and the staff was friendly. They were running a sale. It's just too bad that the quality of their clothing has dropped so much in the past several years. It's not a premium brand anymore but they still want premium prices.

Was told over the phone by Eddie Bauer customer service that I could return my defective down jacket here. Tried to return the jacket and was told otherwise. I will not be taking my business to Eddie Bauer any longer.

This location has THE MOST AMAZING sales staff I have ever encountered shopping retail! They are attentive, helpful and really know their merchandise. You feel like they have your best interest in mind, and find great pieces without being pushy! You can ask them anything, and leave with the most positive "personal shopper" and VIP treatment!!! The space is SPOTLESS, well stocked and organized. The dressing rooms are spacious and comfortable. I have been back to this hidden gem of a shop, and leave with a shopping spree with NO REGRETS. I always leave with positive vibes and amazing gear! Its a secret gem during these times :) Because I did not expect to purchase winter gear on site that would be impossible to pack and travel with back home, the cashier offered to ship to my home in NYC, and I received everything swiftly, and packed amazingly! They really went above and beyond to the very end!!! :) Thank you Cecily for all your help, suggestions and attention! AND JUST WHEN I THOUGHT IT COULDN'T GET ANY BETTER.... IT DID!!! I returned the next day with a friend to exchange a shell I grabbed for them last minute for them to take to Niagara falls that ended up being too big before we went. Luckily, I called in advance to see if they could hold the right size- and Cecily again was non-pulsed and saved the day! She was not there later that afternoon, but a gentleman named Kylie was there and of course it all worked out. Well, he was great as well and my male friend ended up buying loads of gear as well in store and is very happy with every purchase. Yes, we were a bit needy, and all over the place by taking our time being picky and then needing to rush out to meet our ride, but the customer service here handled it with grace, understanding and professional hospitality. (If they see this- many thanks again, you are all SO awesome and we love our new wardrobe additions, that would not be as grand and fab without your help and knowledge!!! )

I've been a long time customer of this establishment and even after the Corona virus incident now that they've reopened up I am still very happy with the service that I receive and the quality of their products
