Doyle although fairly expensive for monitoring and /or camera purchases is worth the little extra.My peace of mind is priceless . The Response team is always expedient in response to alarms, service technicians are knowledgeable, on time and professional (even covering their shoes without request) I’ve been a customer since 2007 and I look forward to my continued patronage

I really appreciate the fact that if one of the devices gets a low battery notification, they not only come out to replace it, but they do not charge for the service call or for the battery.

This is the best monitoring system around. My mom has been using this for 3 years now and has never had a problem with their service. And a customer service when they call are very nice.

The technician was very thorough and made sure everything was working right before he left. He found the problem and explained to us what had happened and answered any and all questions we had.

Top Notch Service. Technician who did my fire inspection was very helpful and patient with me as a new building owner. Customer service was timely and sent over the report I needed right away. Overall, great experience with Doyle.

Extremely happy customer. Sean, our sales rep (consultant), took the time to get to know me and why I wanted a security system, and subsequently provided me with a security package that exceeded my expectations. Doyle's pricing, which includes more services, blew a competing company's quote out of the water. System install was done quickly and efficiently by two techs. Best part is that everyone made sure that we knew exactly how the system worked and answered all of our questions. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly personnel, and great services and pricing. Highly recommend Doyle Security Systems.

I requested help from Doyle Security Services to re activate an acct held by a dear friend who passed away. They were incredibly helpful getting the security system up and running in a very short period of time. this offered a huge amount of relief for me knowing someone was looking out for me and my friends home. they went above and beyond with their help.
