Went on Saturday 9/30 at 6 pm and there was a sign on door "closing at 8" but the doors were already locked! Went again this morning and now the sign said closed" also went last night to Hertel Ave store...also locked before it should be. STOP building if you cannot even get enough employees for the stores we DO have!!!!!

If I could go lower I would! This is the saddest store around. I went there at 5pm on a Saturday and they're closed! They basically close after one shift. Then when they are open, it looks like a flee market with all the merchandise in the floor and in the wrong spots!

Noticed that someone couldn't get through aisles in her wheelchair because they were filled with stock carts. Come on, do better. There was only one person working and she was doing her best.

Worst customer service in my life. Made a personal comment to my husband about a price only to have cashier start yelling at me in front of store. She even followed us to parking lot.

Only one person at the cash register. Took quite a bit of time to make it through the line. Beer fridge was empty...?. Prices are right though. Staff is friendly.

I go to this location atleast 2 times a week. They lack of workers. I put in several applications and not even a call back. Isles are filled with stocking carts can’t even walk down the isles. Dirty, lack of stocking and rotating items. Hires whoever they need or want in the moment. I would fix that store up within a week of working there if they would hire me. I love dollar general it’s my go 2 store to shop! Overall this location need works !

This location on William St. is constantly closed when it's not supposed to be. I've tried to go here twice since we moved into the area. First time the girl was turning people away at the door cause there was no A/C. Registers worked, power was on, but apparently they can't work without A/C. Second time was today. Handwritten sign on the door says they are open till 6pm everyday due to renovations or whatever. It was 5:06 pm. Door was locked. No one there. Very poor management. Don't bother going to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the one down Union Rd. That location is amazing!

A very disappointing store. Usually closed, never stocked & air conditioning hasn’t worked for years. The only plus is that the few ppl they have working there are friendly & apologetic as you walk in the store… they great you & apologize for the store’s condition.
