I just had the best customer service experience I have ever had! The guys at Denny's went above and beyond to help me identify a center bearing for my old beauty my 2002 Silverado 2500 HD, from the local part store to the Chevy dealership could not get it right but the guys at Denny's did! Now I can keep my old beauty rolling down the road.

Sad: Two times ordered with him the same part, and both times order was cancelled. First order stated that my delivery address does not match the billing address, a typo-problem should have been the cause, please repeat the order. NO TYPO PROBLEM was involved both times. So, later on the phone, I was told, that I am not a "good" customer for him, as I am sending to a warehouse NOT PO-BOX), not a private address, and also have company addresses outside of the USA - Yeah, we are doing business in USA, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Europe and Australia, where is the problem with this??? Furthermore, as I am using the same payment method since more than 10 years all over the world I absolutely know that my delivery and billing address is identical. It works everywhere else without any problem since more than 10 years. So I called and I think I had Denny himself on the phone. Not really friendly explaining to me, that it is not his fault, but the world-wide operating big company helping them with card payments, and that there is nothing he can do, as they are responsible, and not his own shop. Well, what can I say - not happy with his way of treating customers by mail and on phone, not offering any other payment methods to me, and now me being in a deeep problem with client parts to be order with overnight shipping from another, more friendly and better company. Done, and cost me around 100 USD extra for light-speed shipping. Denny's shipping would have been normal speed and with enough time, but with the 2-time cancellation = nope, not possible any more. Again: I understand the problem, but the way the problem was treated and communicated to me by mail and on phone not only was incorrect, but also not very friendly. Well, that personal phone call finally made me writing this bad review. There are better ways to handle a customer, and this problem. (By the way, I have the same problems with my clients, and I can handle it . . . ). Good future business dear Denny.

Absolutely right parts easy to navigate thier website. They got my order out quickly. Oh did I mention great service department and my parts showed up earlier than their expected arrival time, based on shipping estimator on their site.Next time I need parts I stop here first. Ordered ball joints for my 2015 RAM 2500 not only did they have them IN STOCK which is amazing they were a great price and they had them shipped to my door in two days with their free shipping! Great customer service!

I was having trouble finding the right yolk flange for my racecar from the big performance parts warehouses. Dennys website had all the information, diagrams, and dimensions which made it easy to get the right one the first time. Thank you Dennys driveshaft!
