Poor customer service. Called corporate online sales about a complaint and the girl that answered was being rude so I hung up on her. I figured she wasn’t even interested in helping me because of her attitude. Very unprofessional. Delta Sonic mailed my order to the wrong zip code and they ended up returning my money. However, all I ask was can I still get the promotion that I originally had with my order because I wanted to order it again.

Delta SonicUnlimited is a scam. This wash used to be unlimited. Now, they have my card on file and if I go thru the wash more than 3/month they increase my price. Not that different from Cable TV jacking up your bill. I have multiple cars with interior and exterior so called unlimited memberships. I use the exterior 1/month per car and exterior 1/quarter per car. They keep creeping up the bill. I call headquarters in Rochester NY and every now and then somebody will listen but it’s usually just lip service. Go somewhere else where you get what pay for without the continuous bad billing service in addition to the long wait at a crowded wash.

Delta sonic main st location in Buffalo, NY broke my side view mirror. I had my truck for 3 months went in for a detail, 2 days later my mirror falls out of the frame and is hanging on by the wires. They claim they are not responsible. After being a member of unlimited services for over 2 years. I'm done with them completely irresponsible of a company that doesn't want to take responsibility for damage that they cause. DO GO TO DELTA SONIC AND EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM

Terrible policy and customer support. It’s just one big money grab.Edit: To be clear, the workers on location have always been great to me. Unfortunately, the other day for some unexplained reason when I went to get an oil change, their system said my account was closed out. At the car wash, their system said there were no problems and that my account was fine. The people at the oil change said I'd need to call corporate since there was nothing they could do from there. They were kind enough to give a $7 discount since they couldn't give the $25 discount that comes with my membership. I called corporate. The woman I spoke with was not helpful at all. Instead of finding a way to assist a customer, she instead attempted to find any way possible to make sure I could not get the discount. She told me I had stopped paying in January. I pulled up my accounts and read back to her what I payed every month up through June. She then said they closed my account and refunded me those monthly payments. I then assured her I had never received any such credits. Trying to figure this out I recalled that I had brought my other vehicle to a location once asking if it would be okay to bring it through the wash since it had been a month since using any services. This is what I believe is the source of my account mix up. All records for my prior vehicle were deleted. I was given permission to do so and thought nothing more of it. I was then immediately told that since I transferred the membership to another vehicle I was not entitled to the $25 discount for my van. I spend the money every month for a membership I hardly use. I just wanted to get some value for what I've payed, and apparently that is expecting too much according to corporate policy. If good hard working delta sonic employees were to emulate corporate's horrendous customer support Delta Sonic would cease to exist because no one wants to deal with that nonsense. I was cancelling my membership after this month due to the fact that I wasn't able to get in as frequently, and the crowd is kind of crazy at a lot of the locations. Lately I've been scared to go for fear of getting hit by other customers. it's a real mad house, and the layout at some locations does nothing to help make things better. I was thinking that maybe I'd renew at some other point and see if things improved. After all this, I'm not so sure I want to take that chance.

So I go to get my oil changed at delta sonic. I come home park my car in the driveway for 10 minutes I leave and there is 2 big black spots order the car. I go directly back to delta sonic and complain and fill out a report. Never had any problems with this car get serviced regularly. They contact me 3 or 4 days later to tell me they denied my claim and said we don't touch the transmission lines at all. I ask for a supervisor and was told No when I asked for the guys name all he would tell me was Shawn no last name and said to bad he was the end all no one above him. REFUSED to give me another supervisor or number to call. WORST CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE EVER. GOING TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS DONT GO THERE ITS A RIPOFF.And yes I tried calling your claims department the number you responded back with Sam guy answers. No help at all

I’d type up the whole situation but it’s not worth it. Long story short i called the corporate office to cancel my wife’s membership and the representative on the phone was less than helpful in doing so up until my wife had to get on the phone to speak with her. And after asking to speak with her manager i was told i could not speak with one until next week. I was being charged for two months of service and my wife’s sticker was had come off and it could not be replaced because the system did not have any memberships linked to my card(supposedly)…. All in all we got it canceled but after calling the corporate office and being spoken to in such an unprofessional manner, my wife and i wont even be stopping there for gas anymore.

Went the new location at 3100 Niagara Falls Blvd to get my daughters car inspected. I had my autistic son with me and the staff in the service area were so kind and accommodating!!

I got my Audi wash today and ask the guy that dried my car off to get spot off my truck he preceded to say he don't have any water or sponge to get spot out I am very displeased with the service I have been getting lately would like to cancel my membership also bad customer service altogether I don't have money to b pouring down the DRAIN!!!!

They break the American w Disability act by drying cars off across the sidewalk one guy was actually encouraging it by pulling cars across the sidewalk.there is no stop line for cars not to block the sidewalk.(which falls on the business) to take care of.actually I had 3 employees tell me to leave as I was taping these infractions from the sidewalk.emplpyees

One is too much of a rating for them! They ripped my tire cover off my suv,and destroyed it! I put in a claim they said they would send me a new tire cover. When the tire cover arrived (had to take time from work to meet the rep) they tried to give me a broken tire cover with glued on clips. In which one of the clips fell off while he was installing it. I call the claims department back and spoke to Sean who was extremely rude and disrespectful,speaking to me as if I were a child. I am waiting for a call from the supervisor in which I will update this post! In speaking with others about this situation, they all had similar issues or knew someone with similar issues. Delta Sonic will break your car I'll stick with touch less from now on!!!

I find the staff very nice and willing to touch up your vehicle if it doesn’t meet your standards. I used to drive a hummer and the car wash took off my side view mirror twice and they replaced them both within days and started using the noodles :-)
