Wonderful staff! Really accomodating to my unusual half frame film. The store has a used camera / camera bags / camera strap section that has really cool stuff, and an excellent selection of film and disposabe cameras. Stopped here in the middle of a road trip, and they are able to mail your negatives back to you! Will definitely revisit if we pass through Buffalo again.

The only Camera Shop i know left in buffalo. They have everything you could need for photography, from photo development to camera equipment this is a one stop. The staff is always helpful, no complaints.

I sold them some camera equipment and they give you about a dollar per $100 of value for any equipment you bring in (using some person in the back that estimates the value of your gear to be worth nothing). I really regret selling them my cameras as it was a total rip-off. I also spent hundreds of dollars on processing medium format film and some of the rolls were old so they were blank- they said I would get film in return and instead gave me a card for some future processing and denied having told me that. I did not get refunded on the blank rolls. I also had slides processed but they never gave me the scans of the slides? I've been to a lot of camera stores and had film processed all over, and sold and bought equipment at small family run businesses. Usually this type of experience is a joy for me. My experiences here were so miserable next time I will probably drive to Rochester or send processing out.

Delaware Camera is a joke of a business. One of the few I mean few camera stores in Buffalo, they still can’t get their act together. Communication is terrible. For local photographers this isn’t a spot to go to. I wish I could give zero stars because this place absolutely sucks.

I’ve been getting pictures developed here for quite a few years and the customer service has gotten terrible. I was told my photos would be done within two hours, and when I came to pick them up the following day almost 24 hours later, the associate said they weren’t even started. I saw a review saying they were ignored by the associates to the point where they were uncomfortable and I unfortunately experienced the same thing for at least 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged.
