This office lady Maria is not a nice lady at all. She is very rude and uncaring. I switched companies and have been charged 2 months even after I sent in cancellation 3 times. I went to get my money refunded and was told we are not going to refund you. They have taken 380 dollars extra and caused 70 dollar in overdraft fees to my account. I will be going to the state to get my money back and fees and I should never have been treated this poorly. Very bad experience. They will not cancel your policies when you leave and will continue to charge you.
