I have been to this pharmacy and spoken with the people behind the counter and they have been great.. but the fact that they don’t answer the phone and you have to leave. Voicemail and get a call back no matter what time of day, hang up and call back same thing like it’s hard enough to ask private personal questions to someone over the phone but now I have to say it in a message get a call back only to have to repeat what I don’t want to ask once… like ANSWER YOUR PHONE… this is just BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Not to mention all of the prompts you have to go through JUST to get through to the pharmacy in the first place… ridiculous questions and once you answer them, they ask another one or the automated system don’t understand what you need even if it’s just to speak to a pharmacist, the entire reason you called.. no I don’t want to download your app and if I am a new person wanting to get scripts filled there, you won’t have my dob on file.. not very personable guys… not welcoming, not friendly, I like CVS but again they are the ONLY pharmacy I’ve EVER called where you can’t speak directly to a live person. Tops, Rite Aid, and any small corner pharmacy I’ve ever called and I’m 50…. Live people answer…Smh. Do Better CVS…

Extremely rude staff and security!!!!! Didn’t know it was a crime to look at things without being accused of stealing something I understand that the world is the way that it is right now but not everybody comes in your store to steal stuff you need to teach your staff the difference between people who steal stuff and people who are there to actually purchase some thing I know a lot of people in this town and I plan on telling everybody about the experience that I encountered while at your store on Wednesday! By far the worst I’ve ever been treated in a store in my life and I’m 36 years old….. I went in to get my scrips because I had seven teeth pulled out and because I wasn’t able to speak clear they thought I was some junkie or some thing and while I was looking at things waiting to get my Scripps I had a security guard constantly following me around didn’t ask me anything just decided to watch me around the entire store and you wonder why there is so much hatred around this world I wasn’t dressed all scummy I had a new pair of shoes on I had my hair gel and I drove up in a brand new car no reason for me to be disrespected the way that I was and I do plan on taking further action on this matter the woman that was working at the store at the time who was the manager I believe her name was Valerie I could be wrong does not deserve to have a job no customer service whatsoever these people are a joke ! Does this look like someone who is interested in stealing something? Or someone in pain and just asking for help which I was not given

Customer friendly environment that has very good prices in comparison to alot of places similar to its kind, very convenient too with option really not limited at all, one of my favourite places to be, love you CVS pharmacy........

I’ve been coming here my entire life and it’s been a great place but no more. Your service especially today in pharmacy was atrocious. Had to wait from 9-1 just to get a prescription and every time I ask you say 30 minutes!? I’d understand because everyone is short staffed but you guys were so rude about it and my little kid is in the store with me crying because she’s Sick and needs her antibiotics and you still don’t do anything but give me an attitude and lie about it only being another thirty minutes !!! We’re never coming back and all I can hope for you and this business is that you fix your attitudes and for anyone else that wants better service I strongly recommend you go else where.

I only have one star because I have to in order to submit my review spent over 45 minutes trying to get through just to keep hearing a stupid redundant recording about covid .I have inguinal hernia am in severe hernia and just wanted to buy a pair of hernia underwear which online cvs claims they have and do sell .but I couldn't even speak to anyone even when I. press the button saying I'm a doctor and still am unable to get through !!! Thanks for absolutly nothing but additional aggravation and pain literally!!!!

My CVS was out of my RX and transferred the script here as Dingens had the inventory and could fill it same day; they claimed it wasn't received, and then upon receiving it sent me multiple notifications saying it wouldn't be available until four days later - two days LATER than my actual CVS could fill it. Getting a simple antibiotic filled here should have been easy and painless, and instead I'm now expected to wait four days before beginning treatment due to the incompetence and apathy of the staff at this location. I will never use this store again.

The pharmacists are great people and do a wonderful job. But, don't waste your time trying to call them with a question about your medication. A half hour on hold is nothing. CVS is a multi-billion dollar company who made a fortune giving the Covid vaccine shots. But, they are still too cheap to put enough people on to answer the phone. The vice-president of CVS is a pharmacist himself, but he doesn't care one bit about the public. So, since they are so wealthy and don't need your business, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I can call L.L. Bean and the girl will answer by the third ring without a computer prompt. I once called Uline, a business supply company at 2 AM and the girl answered the phone on the first ring. I almost fell over. So do yourself a favor and don't bother with CVS, they are so wealthy they don't need your business and won't bother answering the phone if you call with a question about your prescription. .
