I’ve never been to a pharmacy where their system is down multiple times saying they can’t Bill the insurance knowing it is 100% covered.

It’s incredibly ugly. CVS should be ashamed.

Worst CVS ever. Shelves are always empty. Always a line and no one working. There's not even a sign outside the building indicating it's a CVS, it's just looks like an old run-down building

It is very difficult for me to get through on the telephone and the apps' server is usually down so i have to call. It takes 20+ minutes, during daytime hours. Worse at night. You will be put on hold multiple times. Fill and pick up prescriptions far in advance, it seems so difficult to work with the pharmacy anywhere other than in person.

Wow. So rude. I didn't even want to use this place. My insurance wants me to use CVS. If you have the same issue do not use this location. I shouldn't call a business and have someone scream at me for asking questions. I am far from dumb. I am an educated person but I do not work in Healthcare or deal with health insurance so I may have a question or 2. So when you give out that type of energy I will indeed return it to you. I will never call here again.

Very dirty and not well maintained. Staff has always been helpful and nice. Corporate has neglected this location. Seek other convenience and grocery stores located within one block for better experience.

DO NOT use the UPS drop off location here(or go to the store for that matter). I dropped off a packaged phone to return to Verizon. They stole the phone and never shipped it.

Really clean and bright inside. Very wonderful service. In 9 years of living near here, I never went inside because the exterior looked gross and I erroneously assumed it would have messy, dirty aisles like in a gross dollar store or gross Walmart. I made an assumption and it’s why I’ve never gone in. Whoops - I was wrong. It was much nicer than the Rite Aid on West Ferry or Walgreens on North. I think it needs a coat of paint outside (or better yet, a mural), a fresh sign and a little parking lot maintenance (why all asphalt? - plant a tree strip for shade and it’s instantly worth walking why) to make it look like a store I want to go in. Because it is a store I want to go it, but the exterior is “neglected”. It’s nicer than the hideous double-high pharmacy style that pops up everywhere. It could be really nice outside with a minimal investment.

If I did not have a relationship with the pharmacists at this location, I would not return. This has been my pharmacy for 3 years and I have had no issues with any of the folks at the pharmacy counter. The level of service and professionalism displayed by the folks up front, however, is shocking! I held back on writing a negative review about this CVS location for months because I do not do so lightly. But after my experience on Saturday, I've had enough. I uploaded 300+ pictures to the website for the same-day service, paid on-line, and ran some errands planning to arrive just after my estimated ready time of 4:21 pm. Upon arrival at 4:50pm, a middle aged women with red hair - this woman later identified herself as Cathy - who told me that my order was not yet started because it hadn't arrived yet on the computer. She then went over to the computer pressed some buttons and started printing them telling me it would take 5-10 minutes. I went back to the pharmacy to check if there were any refills available and they said the could have one ready in 15. I went back up front and it was now clear that this was going to take much longer than 5-10 minutes. The folks from the pharmacy were kind enough to come up front and bring me back to checkout my prescription. My pictures had not finished yet and ultimately took over 30 minutes to complete. I asked the same woman when she came over to collect my photos how my photos became delayed by an hour. She was incredibly dismissive and turned her back to me while making her "frustrated" noises. Before I could point out how rude her behavior was, I noticed that she was putting her fingers all over my pictures. I promptly asked for a manager and the woman told me she was a manager. When pressed further she said she was not a store manager. I asked for the next day a store manager would be in and she said the manager would not be in for weeks as she is on vacation. I then asked for her name to which she answered, "Cathy." (I'm can't even really be sure that was her name as she was the only employee not wearing a nametag.) She then turned her back on me again, continued making frustrated noises, carelessly handled my pictures, even dropping them on the floor and clumsily stepping on them multiple times, tried to charge me for the pictures despite my paying for them in advance, and then sarcastically told me to have a nice night. Nothing quite says incompetence like embarrassing yourself personally and professionally in front of a customer and instead of apologizing, you try to make the customer feel bad.

Came here to get Lindt brand chocolate on sale 2/$5. CVS is the only store I seem to find this particular flavor chocolate at, so when it's on sale I stock up. This store is usually very quiet and the employees are always nice

Expensive and stores a bit small resulting in difficulty moving around especially for disabled.
