My wife booked us a room here for an overnight (we were visiting from Rochester for a show at Shea’s Theater). Right away, the valet was super nice (and free) and we got complimentary sparkling wine upon check in. The room was solid, with the highlight being the bathroom (bubbly tub, an amazing shower and a toilet with all kinds of surprises lol!). Service was amazing, and the rooftop bar was great. Would highly recommend for an elevated experience in downtown Buffalo!

Wonderful hotel! It’s so unique - a renovated old office building with many original architectural features. The room was so modern with a touch screen to control temperature, lights and curtains- call for housekeeping or front desk, etc. The shower is massive and had lots of features and choices for water flow. The toilet also includes a bidet which is unusual for the US.
Seamless check-in and the valet met us right when we pulled up. Everything was clean and inviting. The rooftop bar has great views.
The one thing I would mention as a negative was how hard the pillows are! The bed is very firm as well- but my goodness, those pillows: they’re huge yet so hard.
Absolutely fabulous hotel- would recommend and would come back!

I visited Buffalo this past weekend and was truly overjoyed with my accommodations at the Curtis Hotel. Beautiful rooms, great food and service. Totally top tier!!!!

I would not call this a 5 star hotel at all. The rooms would be close to a 5 star except they need a chair and better quality toiletries. No robes or slippers either. The service in both bars was not good. Very understaffed. The valet didn’t even know how to drive a Tesla. Great central loacation.

Nicest hotel I have stayed in by a mile. I love the bathrooms. the showers were amazing and was like being in a carwash for humans. Great service. Nice rooftop bar.

Absolutely stunning decor inside the hotel. In room amenities are very modern and hi tech. Bathroom was outstanding. The hotel is in a weird location and very weird curb appeal. No way it’s a 5 star hotel. The hotel was short staffed and valet and housekeeping was rude. The breakfast did not have proper supplies and the server was sneaky and disrespectful. The rooms had dust all over and there was a usually large table in my king bedroom. One of the elevator was not working and also the revolving bar was not working. After seeing so much hype about the hot springs we found it was an abandoned place.
Rooms: Hi tech. The bidet in the bathroom is outstanding. The shower is out of the world and hi-end. The bed was too high for my mother to climb. She managed to sleep on the sofa.
Nearby activities: Far away from Niagara Falls. Hotel is in downtown.
Noteworthy details: It’s not a 5 star. But It has a different charm inside the hotel.

Everything about this hotel is phenomenal. I was absolutely blown by the cost, location, easiness of parking, architecture/ interior design, staff, amenities, and food. Truly a 5-star hotel. Definitely plan on coming back.

Only stayed here once, but it was such an enjoyable experience, I can see it's going back here again. Two bars at the hotel, one inside on the first floor and one on the rooftop. The rooftop bar is extremely large, love that. All staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Specifically we interacted with the bar tenders, cleaning staff, waitress, waiters, vallet, and front desk staff and they were all awesome. I really enjoyed the hot spring style hot tub tested with minerals over a traditional hot tub with chemicals.
Rooms: The rooms were great for the most part. One thing to note, in the room I stayed in the carpet looked really old and worn out as well as the couch at the end of the bed. The hotel isn't that old so I'm not sure if that was done purposely to give the customers an older feel. It didn't bother us, but I could see it potentially turning some people off.
Nearby activities: There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance which we enjoyed.
Walkability: The hotel is positioned in a part of downtown that allows you to walk to several bars which is great if you like that scene.
Food and drinks: The food here was awesome. Wish I would have eaten at the hotel more, but only stayed for two nights and wanted to explore the area.

My wife and I found a new favorite quick getaway hotel! Between the amazing bathroom, hot spring pool & rooftop bar, there’s no need for us to try any other hotel. We both loved it & will definitely return!!!

Pathetic hotel service and very rude staff
Room coffee maker not working
Breakfast toast also missing and finished
Rude staff closed toaster
Short of Bell boy
Short of Valet
Dusty room
Expedia useless booking provider. was helpless when called. Dont use OTA EXPEDIA and dont stay here.
Lots more to say but people will understand what i mean here.

The restaurant is a good place to hang out with friends or time with your couple... Nice ambient and the service was very good.

Extremely impressed with this hotel. We were greeted at the door by helpful staff. The hotel smelled very nice with the soap company scent they use. The rooms were very clean and updated with nice tech touches. An awesome experience overall. Will definitely be coming back

Recently stayed here for a work conference, and it was a great experience. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff were all friendly and great with all of our needs. The rooftop bar and the rotating bar are both great experiences. The room and amenities are phenomenal. I did not get a chance to check out the hot spring, but will on a future visit.
