Booked a full foil and the stylist took it apon herself to do a heavy foil. They proceeded to charge me for something I didn't want and what the stylist chose to do. The management is terrible and basically doesn't resolve the issue just says there's nothing they can do. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this salon. It's a cheaper salon but will do anything to take your money. Best advice I can give anyone looking for a salon, choose a different one because there are plenty around the Buffalo area that with give you great results and won't do everything they can to take your money.

Stylist Abbey did a great job with the lowlights she did! I didn’t have a specific idea for what I wanted, so she picked which colors to mix. I had full faith in her and she did not disappoint! Abbey is also very gentle and I had a relaxing experience. I recommend Abbey!!!Service: Hairstyling

My experience at Cortos has been nothing short of amazing in the past few years of being a customer there. Jamie H in particular (@hairbyjamiehowells) has done some amazing work on my hair, from a beautiful balayage that lasted all summer long and into the fall season to routine maintenance of trimming and styling my hair. To top it off she is always very welcoming, so supportive and helpful and gives me great confidence and advice when I share what I’m working towards. The hair products she suggests I actually use and the front staff are friendly and helpful with each visit. Can’t recommend enough.

The last 2 times I’ve gotten my hair cut here, I’ve had to go to Supercuts the next day or so to fix what they did. It’s absurd how bad this last cut was and when I tried to pop in earlier to have them fix my hair, the receptionist needed me to make another appointment. It took 5 minutes for Supercuts to fix me up.

Amber is a welcoming and cordial receptionist who really made me feel like I was appreciated as I entered the establishment.
