I contacted Control Systems Lab desperate to get a control circuit board repaired which runs the motor to open and close our drive-in Freezer at our wholesale seafood company. A new circuit board was not an option since it was no longer manufactured. The options we were given were to purchase a new track and motor or a full replacement door. Both would have been a huge capitol expense. John Maher from Control Systems Lab took in our board, and had it turned around fixed in 2 days, vs a new system taking two to three months to manufacture and ship. We had it reinstalled and it works perfect. I can't thank these guys enough. They have a local company as a customer for life! Anyone who tells you that your circuit board is fried and can't be fixed, don't believe them until you have these guys look at it. You will be thrilled you did. Thanks again John!

I had been introduced to Charles Neal about future electronics repair needs. A few months later, our business had a failed Variable Frequency Drive. The vendor informed us that they are no longer available and we would have to upgrade our system to a PLC based product, which carried a 25K price tag.I remembered CSL and gave them a shot. They absolutely knocked it out of the park and fixed it. They have helped us on 2 more VFD's and also a 30 year old Vickers drive.They take in shipments, and they will also try and find us replacement parts to our systems. Just today, Charles helped me out with a couple of circuit board fuses that repaired a down press.Look no further for your electronics needs. Nothing short of remarkable. Thanks guys !

The CNC router in use for my woodworking business had a failing controller. After troubleshooting with the manufacturer and receiving a very expensive repair quote I looked for a local repair option. I received two recommendations for Control System Labs and stopped in the next business day. I was back up and running that afternoon with a repair bill that was about one third of what I was quoted by the manufacturer. I was so relieved to be back running with such limited down time in my production. Everyone I dealt with was clear, concise, and the process was very smooth. I'm very grateful to have this business in WNY filling such a special niche. I hope I don't need to use their services often, but it's great to know they are there if I do.

Thank you control system lab. You guys saved the day we are a new vending business in south eastern AZ. Just started blew out the control board on our ice vending machine. Found control system labs on line. Gave them a call. And they are very professional and did a wonderful job on getting us up and running in a very reasonable time and price. I just want to say that the folks here at Control System Labs are awesome!! I was working up here in NY and came all the way from NC. I had a systems issue that I needed immediate attention. The Vice President interrupted his lunch just to help me out. That is customer service you just don't see anymore!!!

I had a discontinued Power Gear RV jack controller fail. Only salvaged and refurbished units are available but they are scarce and very expensive. Lippert recommended Control System Lab for repair. I went through the online process describing my issue, sent in my faulty control box, and CSL did the rest. The repair was timely and successful, customer service was responsive and truthful. Great work all around. 5 stars all the way!

These guys are great. If you are a manufacturer with some older equipment and cannot get parts, bring them to this company and they can repair it most of the time. They helped us reload a configuration file into the control for our gage system when the manufacturer said it was obsolete even though the gages were in good shape and they couldn't help us but were glad to sell us a whole new system for $20k. Control System Labs got us back up and running and the machine and gaging system are working perfectly. Thanks to Ed and Chris!

We had an old Fuji controller that threatened to take an older machine out of production for good. CSL helped us to recover the information and transfer the information to new device and add life to the machine. They were very understanding of our dilemma and made a great effort to help us resolve our issue. They were a pleasure to work with. We recommend them.

Atwood Level Legs on a 2007 Tiffin motor home, The key pad hasn't worked properly since we purchased in 2017. Had to wiggle the buttons and hold your tongue just right till you hit the sweet spot.I spoke with Kris before sending in my unit and he said it was repairable (another company had said it was not repairable). I sent in the key pad and controller and a few weeks later it was returned to me.This is great. For the first time since owning this RV the key pad works as intended. One light touch on the button and it works.
