I had top of the line service from Continental Transmission from the time they towed my vehicle to their shop, to the time I picked it up. Everyone was very kind, professional and did an amazing job at servicing my vehicle. I would especially like to acknowledge Paul who went above & beyond to help me with my vehicle. I had another issue after initial repairs, and he made sure to look out for me by repairing my starter free of charge. I can sing their praises enough! If you are having issue with your vehicle, go see them. They are amazing!

This place had my car two weeks called when the car first got there was told it would be 5 days after the part came in two whole weeks pasted nothing so I call again and he said that they started nothing because they needed half down and didn’t even order the part yet. I said why did you not say that when I spoke to you last and nothing I had my car towed from their horrible place would not recommend very horrible attitudes with the people there. Had my car towed to somewhere that knows how to communicate and do business correctly.Service: Transmission

I took my car to continental Transmission on 1011 Genesee Street, Buffalo to replace my oxygen sensor. I went to pick it up a I was told everything is good to go. I few days later my check engine light came on and was told it was the oxygen sensor that I had in my car. That part however was no longer my trunk and everything was good to go. I picked brought it home. It was fine for a while I then got in my car and my check light was back on. This business should not be open. There are a lot of bad reviews and I understand why.
