This is a gorgeous store with wonderful hand made items. I was really impressed with the artistry. Also, Greg and Vincenza made the shopping experience really pleasant. I was shopping for gifts for a grieving family and they were very supportive and helpful. I will definitely be back here.

Visiting Buffalo just for a long weekend from Maryland, my husband and I stopped into this cute shop and it ended up being the first of two visits on 2 consecutive days!! First of all, top notch customer service. Secondly, the most unique and stunning earrings, bracelets and necklaces I've seen in awhile. I bought so many things!! Stop in for beautifully fragranced candles, gifts for others, and treat yourself as well!

Exceptional gallery with gorgeous ceramic art and all kinds of wonderfully curated handmade items. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and it is my go-to place for gifts (and special treats for myself!) Greg and his staff are wonderful - knowledgeable and caring. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Cone Five Pottery is the best place in Buffalo to find amazing gifts done by local artisans. I often have people from outside of the area that I need to purchase gifts for and Cone Five is my go to store for gifts that are unique, beautiful, and always appreciated. The store's owner is an amazing artist who creates pottery for all tastes. I highly recommend Cone Five!!! You won't be disappointed!!! From the wonderful products to the excellent staff, it's always a great place to visit. Plus the inventory is always fresh!!! It's so nice to go somewhere that is so welcoming and always accommodating. Definitely a must stop on everyone's Christmas shopping trips!!!!

My family and I used to shop here every holiday season to buy locally made gifts. On our most recent visit, however, anything positive I’ve ever felt about this place has been erased. My boyfriend and I had come into the store looking to buy several gifts, but ran out as far as we could after the owner made us extremely uncomfortable.The owner was talking badly about EVERY customer that came into the shop....including us. An elderly customer asked a question and after she walked away he looked at another associate, rolled his eyes, and acted like the elderly woman was stupid for asking a question. The owner also was making nasty comments about customers being on their phones while shopping. Since it was a Sunday people were in there with to go containers of food from nearby restaurants. He clearly said “this is why I don’t like to open on Sunday. The food doesn’t even smell good”. Please, get off your high horse, buddy.I will never be back and I will make sure none of my family or friends do either. If you are going to speak poorly about customers while they’re in the store, do it quietly....or just close your doors for good.

Stopped in on a Sunday, the ladies were very nice and greeted us well. However as we browsed I heard an individual talking bad about the customers in there. It was very surprising as the shop is relatively small and I heard every word. Then we started to hear him criticizing my girlfriend and I so we walked right out. I was even more surprised to find out it was actually the owner being rude to everyone who walked through the door. I honestly feel bad for his employees who have to endure such negativity towards the very people who support the business and don't deserve to be publicly humiliated.
