From what I’ve noticed this company has been trying to force access to my email for several years, along with a company called hurricane electric, these are hacker run companies that should be shut down

We have been with ColoCrossing for 8 years now and have nothing but good things to say about their service. As far as I can recall, we have never had any downtime during these 8 years. Support is incredibly fast, they usually respond in just a few minutes after submitting a request. All their staff are well trained and take care of any task we throw at them. I can't really find anything negative to say about them. I just hope this level of service continues for our future with them.I am not sure why they have any negative reviews as they take spam seriously. They have their own in house mail volume tracking which null routes IP's that have a high volume of mail. They also work closely with Spamhaus to keep spammers off their network. I can only think the negative reviews here are fake or from people with baseless information.

I'm from Brazil and this morning I got an unusual activity notification from my email account from this company that I’ve never heard of. The IP adress is 107.172.14.115.Scammers trying to hack into your account, becareful.

Unless you want to be associated with a spammer friendly service do not use these people. The reputation of IP addresses in their range is very poor and many ISPs block them. Look up their reputation with services like SpamCop and you'll see what I mean. They host the worst kind of spammers too: Indian scammers peddling fake SEO services to commit fraud. If there was any justice ColoCrossing would be held responsible for facilitating criminal activities. We receive a large volume of spam every day in breach of the Australian Spam Act of 2003. They are spammers because they use false From addresses and their Reply-To addresses are Gmail accounts, they use fake physical addresses and don't list company names. They seek phone numbers and do not give any information about their so called services via email). ColoCrossing refuse to take responsibility and instead tell us we are somehow in the wrong and that we are "spamming" their abuse reporting system. Have a look at other reviews and notice their standing at the Better Business Bureau.

This companies servers are being used to target and attack my email account. I have multiple, multiple records of different IPs owned by them trying and failing to get in.If they can't even keep track of their own servers in house, I don't know what to say.

This outfit has turned into a haven for spammers. From September to the middle of October (so far), I have received DOZENS of spam emails originating from their IP addresses. All have been forwarded. They do NOT take action. Now, from websites they host. These people are pariahs of the internet.
