My first visit to Cleveland-Hill referred by a friend. My air conditioning was not working. Dealership wanted to charge me $4.200 to repair it. Andy and Tucker took great care of me it cost $343.00 imagine that. It works perfectly. They provided an Uber to come to shop to pick up my vehicle. They were professional in every aspect of this endeavor. I can’t wait to tell my family and friends to make sure they go to Cleveland-Hill.

Helped me out over the 4th of July after running over a screw, taking the car late on the 3rd and getting it back to me early on the 5th. Friendly, efficient and billed me something reasonable considering the hassle they saved me. Good guys.

Tucker and the rest of the the there went above and beyond recently when I had a classic car that needed the tires changed on them. It was a convertible car and the weather was terrible right before I brought it in and they were kind enough to keep it safe in the back for almost 2 days as the weather cleared up and finally got nice enough for me to take it home.
The work was great and affordably priced and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks gang!

I have been a patron of Cleve-Hill on Main Street since relocating from Long Island four years ago. The proximity of this establishment to my workplace has proven exceptionally convenient whenever car repairs are needed. My husband, who also works downtown, similarly utilizes their services. On one occasion, the staff demonstrated their kindness by providing my husband with transportation to work, sparing him the need to arrange alternate transport while his car was being serviced.
Our initial choice of this mechanic was driven by its convenient location. However, our continued loyalty is primarily due to the outstanding service provided by one of their employees, Andy. He has consistently displayed kindness not only to me but also to several members of my family whom I have referred to this business. Andy's integrity is a rarity in the automotive industry, where trustworthiness can be elusive. He goes out of his way to accommodate urgent situations, understanding the critical importance of safe transportation for a mother of three.
Andy's assessments of my vehicle are always thorough and trustworthy, prompting confidence that second opinions are unnecessary. Importantly, he never exerts pressure to perform unnecessary repairs. I have enthusiastically recommended Cleve-Hill to colleagues, friends, and family based on the exceptional service provided by their staff, with Andy being a standout example.
Today, when faced with a sudden tire blowout on the skyway, I was understandably distraught. However, upon calling Cleve-Hill, Andy personally assured me of prompt assistance. He facilitated a tow service, ensured repairs were completed while I was at work, and just informed me that my vehicle will be ready before close of business. In addition to his professionalism, Andy's ability to provide reassurance and safety instructions during the incident alleviated my immediate concerns.
I wholeheartedly endorse Cleve-Hill to anyone in need of automotive services. Their commitment to excellence, exemplified by Andy and the entire team, consistently exceeds expectations.

I've had my car serviced for battery issues and had my yearly inspection done here. These folks are always great to talk to and very courteous. They always do everything they can to work around your schedule and provide the best service and customer experience they can. I highly recommend!

Very worst service. I had NY state inspection issue. They noted O2 sensor problem and charged me $800. Still my problem is not solved. Now they says my car has catalytic regulator issue which they can't fix. You are now your own. I kept calling to fix cat regulator issue but service guy is avoiding my call,. Would not recommend to go there even for car emergency.

Had my car towed here because it wouldn’t start, and the previous mechanic couldn’t seem to diagnose it. They guys here were very patient with me, and understanding of my frustrations, after dealing with my prior mechanic. They were able to diagnose my car, and gave clear and trustworthy advice on how to get my car fixed. As a woman it was great to know they weren’t all about the money like most mechanics, and were actually trying to help me!

Came here to fix a flat. Tire was too damaged. Had to get a new tire. A Pirelli, no less. These guys had it for cheaper than eBay. Great customer service, friendly attitude, reasonable service times. 13/10 would use again.
