I went into this branch today to simply deposit payroll checks into my account. Payroll checks that I have been getting from a job that I’ve been at for 6 years. At other branches they’ve always had a difficult time with the check reader being able to read the checks but have always been able to get a manager to type in the check when the scanner fails. Today the manager at this branch would not help in anyway to process this valid payroll check and informed me it is not protocol to type the check specifications in, even though I’ve had a variety of branches successfully depositing these checks for me for six years. I’ve been a citizens customer for almost ten years and o seem to get worse service as time goes on and am highly considering banking elsewhere. The branch number is 145, the manager was arrogant and not at all helpful in this situation.

I like this branch. The manager has been great at meeting my needs. He goes out of his way to be helpful and accessible. Parkkng and getting in and out could be improved.

I was promised a $200 bonus just got opening up an account within 90 days. 100+ days later they said no such promotion existed at that time... I was literally in the branch and spoke with them. Stay away

Waited an hour for a notary. Worker told me it would be a few minutes. Was very disappointed since my process only took less than 5 minutes. I was there until after they closed. Never going there again.
