Had the pleasure of working with Giovanny. He was more than amazing! He answered all of our questions and has continued to check on us many times after. Anyone we interacted with at the branch was genuinely amazing. We really enjoyed our time, and we would highly recommend this branch.

Our recent visit to this Chase Bank branch was a fantastic experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Giovanny Fietz. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced banker who helped us make the best choices for our business and personal accounts. His patience and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Giovanny in advance. He is a true asset to the Chase Bank team, and we feel lucky to have worked with him.
If you’re looking for top-notch service and expert advice, Giovanny is the way to go. Our experience was exceptional, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The branch itself is nice and cozy, has two ATM’s inside and outside of the building, which is very convenient. 👍

this branch does not offer a notary (a free service for Chase customers) and there are only 3 parking spots. drive to the next town over for a different Chase

I came here to get a credit card, and I didn't make an appointment. I walked in and no one greeted me. After waiting for a while, a tall man with glasses came and asked what I came for. I said I wanted to get a credit card. He said wait a minute and we will help. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, that person left the bank and a lady came to me and said you need to wait 20 minutes. I hope no one was happy that I left. I think motivation is the magic word for this branch.

I recently opened a Chase bank account at this location. Giovanny was so helpful. He spent so much time with me making sure I was set for online banking on the web and in the app. He is a great guy and I will be sending my friends and family to him.

I went to Brockport,NY Chase Bank to make a vehicle payment and because I forgot my statement stub, the lady wouldn't process it, told me she couldn't help me with my car payment. I argue it, cause the phone representative told me I could show my drivers license and they would look it up. Bad experience ( 1 star Brockport), but this Chase in Buffalo, NY of Amherst street the greeter, and teller were amazing, friendly they assisted me with my car payment and she was very patient with me as I fumble the cash payment, as I wasn't expecting this kind of service. They were wonderful!

Yesterday, I visited this branch to establish a Business account, and I was genuinely impressed by the service. The warm welcome and efficient assistance from Giovanny and the bank staff made the entire process swift and smooth.
