Got clothes from galleria mall, assistant manager did not tell me it takes 14 days for return. Went back to exchange after some days beyond 14 days, one of the workers said I am getting angry, how can you be serving customers and say you are getting angry. When I asked her why she is saying that, the assistant manager picked up the clothes and threw it in the bag and said I should take my things and leave, I then took the clothes out and threw it to them and told them to sell it and keep the money.

If I could give this store less than one I would. Their exact change requirement is old. And not ever having change in their register is also annoying. If you can't give change or make change make your store credit only. Daughter bought clothes there and they charged her the wrong price, refused to give her change back and when we tried to correct the price they didn't have any money to give us our refund due. They tried not giving us our full amount required back because they didn't have the change. After they had already stole 50 cents from her because they couldn't give her the correct change to begin with. Don't shop here if you expect to be able to use cash. And don't expect them to correctly count the change to give you on a refund.

I went to return a item because I brought damage I lost the receipt the manager was so rude and unprofessional she disrespect me calling me ignorant just because I insist to talk to somebody ahead of her she call me the security to kick me out of the store so I lost money I have to trow away the clothes and I was treating disrespectful I complain to the mall management People like her they making the store look bad I would never ever shop there

The girl working was extremely disrespectful to me and my friends and was making rude comments and laughing at us right in front of our faces. I greeted her nicely and she replied with a disrespectful “Hey” and threw what I purchased in the bag. Not to mention every single transaction before us took an extremely long time to complete and caused a long line to form even though there was barely anyone in the store.

If I could give the employee that rung me up at this place 0 stars I would. She was extremely rude to my friends and I and I was completely disgusted. She was making rude comments to other customers about us and after us already noticing that my friend walked up and greeted her with a very kind hello. Where she then followed that up with an extremely rude and disrespectful "hey". I have never felt more uncomfortable being in a store in my life.

I bought a dress at the outlet mall and couldn’t try it on in the store because the dressing rooms are closed. Not sure why but I didn’t care. I got home and every part of it was see through. It was awful. I came to this location to return it. They don’t do refunds? Really? Dressing rooms are closed and you can’t refund me for the cheaply made dress? Whatever. The best they could do it give me a gift card to the store. I wasted my money here and have to find someone to take my gift card. I know it’s not that worker’s fault so I didn’t say anything and she handled it very nicely. I appreciated her help, but this store’s policy is awful. First time shopping and once I use the gift card, I most likely won’t return. Don’t try to bring it back 15 days after either... they won’t do anything for you. Very disappointed.

Workers have no clue what they're doing, unprofessional. A worker was wearing a crop top.. with everything hanging out.I did a online return waited 10 -15 minutes while they switched from employee to employee and then had to call someone to figure out a return.Which also they refunded me full price for a discounted item, good for me sure but I bet it's bad for the business.For working retail myself 5 years in if I was a manager who ran the store I'd be furious.

I came in super last minute Friday night I needed some shoes for an event! I found the PERFECT pair in my size someone just threw down. Literally one shoe. When I tell you the girls at the store went above and beyond searching for this shoe!! lol easily took us over a half hour (I mentioned earlier it was closing time right? Sorry about that) customer service was at an all time high thank you ladies so much! I looked good & that’s on perioddddd❤️
