Looking for an account that's easy for travel. Schwab is the place many people recommend. In order to open a checking account you need to have a brokerage one as well. So now I have 2. Coming to the place in person wasn't there greatest experience. But ok.

I don't find this company transparent and it does what is best for itself and not the customers. Some nice people on the phone but they are not the ones making the decisions. This company used to be a lot better but has sunk into the abyss. If they only realized that if you take care of the customers, the customers will take care of you. Not recommended.

Keep getting kicked out of the site. Too difficult to access funds. No one picks up phone or return calls. Too many steps, UNWRITTEN requiring contact, to take simple steps

Impossible to get ahold of anyone there..If you are temporarily closed and not even responsible enough to put that on your answer machine. I waited on the phone line for 45 minutes..not a word of a closing. I want to close my account and can't wait to speak to a representative. Please Help.. CF
