The people in the store was helpful but took a long time to get my shoes to the counter cause they were training new employees on how to tie and pack the shoe with the exact pair they bought out from the back for me , I had my child with me who was crying a 1 minute thing took them like 10 to 15 minutes .

Desmond took care of me best customer service from beginning to the end.. no pressure but was there to check on me didn't ignore me the whole way, while I am a very picky shoe person, never showed me no type of impatience.. this young man should be in every industry he would do great in any position!
