Found a great deal on a low mileage Lexus RX, scheduled a test drive easily online and purchased it really quickly. The sales person was outstanding and zipped through the entire purchase in a few hours. Couldnt be happier. This is my second CarMax purchase, A+ for both.

Do not go here at all I bought a Mercedes I still have and there was a wreck that was undocumented to me and no paperwork I signed shows it. So again DO NOT BUY from them at all they will screw your over. Time and time again and then you call and the pewney office workers will tell you ohh this and that garbage.

It was no hassle. I received 0 pressure into buying. I called them told them what I was looking for. I went down to the truck in question for a test drive and proceeded to purchase my truck. I was in and out and couldn't have been happier.

Received a fair offer for the sale of our car. Met with Jesse at the local dealership Completed the paperwork, and everything went very smoothly, only took about 45 minutes. Very satisfied with the entire process, would recommend!

I am the poster boy for CarMax standing by their satisfaction guarantee.
Found a car with all the options I wanted (4WD, heated steering wheel, etc) and paid for shipment from Akron OH to Buffalo NY. When it arrived, I did test drive, and found that driver controls for the options I wanted were not present. Turns out it was front wheel drive only, no heated wheel, and a few other missing accessories.
The discrepancy was traced back to a clerical error, but they didn’t miss a beat in responding to the problem. They found another car that DID have my desired options, waived the (nearly double) shipping fee to bring it here and had me behind the wheel in just a few days.
Special Kudos to Breelle and Jackie, who kept me informed and expedited delivery of the replacement vehicle. I’m delighted with the results, and recommend CarMax very strongly.
