Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Terrible customer service. Worst app ever. If it says your medicine is ready to pick up and when you get there they tell you you have to wait 3 days. What a crock of s****

I went to the CVS on Kenmore Ave for my Covid-19 vaccine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The people administering the shots were willing to answer questions and explained any side effects you may feel. I only felt tired near the end of the next day (like 8pm) with both. They asked you to wait at least 10 mins before you left and you could sit or wander around the store. I am very pleased with the service I received. In NF where I live, there are not any CVS stores close to me. I was surprised how high some of the items they sell cost. The only downside I saw, was how you got in and out. It was at a very busy corner and when you left you had to check both ways nonstop as you pull out. I was almost hit as a car came speeding down the side street I was exiting on.

So I suppose it was bound to happen. I had a family member test positive for Covid 19. Ugh- naturally right after we had a small immediate birthday party for my father's 86th birthday. This sent us hurrying for test sites. I chose the CVS on Kenmore at Englewood. This is a self administered test taken at the drive through window. I was greeted nicely and first my information was double checked by the Pharmacist. Of course this is all appointment only, so I had already forwarded my information. After that, a very pleasant woman, Karyn I believe, sent a packet through the drawer. Everything was well sealed and included gloves, wipes, the nasal swap, a test tube for the swab and general information. I was prompted by the woman on how to properly self test while she watched and timed my progress. The whole thing took under 10 minutes and then you drop the sample into a drop box and wipe it down. It was really easy and not as uncomfortable as I expected. Once home, they texted instructions on setting up an account. I had the results in 3 days. Fortunately myself and whole family tested negative. Even the original positive was reversed and must have been misdiagnosed. Whew- Although it took 2 days longer then the larger drive through lots, I was very satisfied with the process and customer support. Hopefully no one has to use this service, but if you do, CVS is doing it right.

Saw the pharm tech person use his hands as a funnel to pour pills into a container, and scoop remaining pills with his bare hands twice, then answered the phone . Which instead of ringing was a loud phone voice chanting " one customer waiting on the line " .Completely grossed out , called and complained immediately . This happened July 2020.

Great store. They always go above and beyond. Products always in stock. I feel they are so much better than Walgreens and rite aid. Will always use CVS when possible.

Great CVS location with a large parking lot with two entrances. It's very clean and organized inside. I usually visit in the afternoon. They are always up to date with the tags for the deals of the week and the employees are very kind. Sometimes when it's there are few customers and it's slow, I have to find someone to assist me at check out. I usually get helped by a younger employee and they are all very kind, friendly, and helpful.

I get my prescriptions filled here. The store is nice and clean, very organized, and the staff here are incredibly nice and very helpful. Their drive-thru pharmacy is a god send. Especially when you hypothetically, haven't showered, or put on a bra, or just in general are a hot mess because you had no plans on leaving your house that day, but you got a text notification saying your refill was ready, so you have to leave your house. Hypothetically speaking. Any time I've ever had a question about a script or insurance, the pharmacist/tech has always been very helpful. The only thing I've ever had a problem with is how long their receipts are. I buy two things and I'm walking out with a receipt that's longer than one of my window blinds. They have two entrances, which is nice because you don't have to go around in order to get to it. It's very well-lit, the parking lot has a ton of spaces, and is nicely paved.

I love the newest CVS that is on Kenmore & Englewood. It's a much bigger store than the other 2 they closed down to build this one. The fact that they have 2 restrooms in it is a BIG + for me. They usually have a lot of good deals, especially around Christmastime. That's when I buy myself gifts. Whenever I come to pick up my scripts, I use the quick & easy Drive-Thru. Love it !!! All pharmacists are very friendly & knowledgeable.
