Included in buying a new bike is a fitting, within 1-3 weeks after you pick it up. The fitting takes about an hour and is actually very nice. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained all the different aspects. Saddle height (where just 5 millimeters makes a difference), your position on the bike, the way you hold your feet, everything was reviewed and explained. If you already have a bike you can book a fitting too, I think for around $ 50. So if you are not comfortable riding your bike and visit Campus WheelWorks.A great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The fitting made all the difference in how I enjoy my bike rides. It’s amazing what a few centimeters can mean. Ethan took his time to make sure things were good for me and how I’m built. All smiles now. ?

Staff have a condescending attitude, prices are inflated, mechanics push for more repairs than you need. If you want a new bike, better get a bank loan. If you have an older bike that needs some loving care, go someplace else.

Love Ethan! Did a bike fitting and got more than that.. got so much good biking information in terms of posture, and how to use the gears and how to change a tire!

Rented a pair of bikes. They only have one kind, but they are unusually well maintained and easy to ride. The staff helped with fitting the seat height before we set out.

I've had very positive experiences here over the years. From bike tuneups to helmets and accessories, this is a great place to go. The staff is communicative and forthright, and they don't try to oversell you. Also, the work they do is good. I also appreciate that they don't resell stolen bikes like some other shops in the area. The prices aren't necessarily low, but they're fair. Parking can occasionally be an issue if you're driving a bike in, but that's the nature of Elmwood. I usually go during the day and can find something nearby. Overall, I definitely recommend this shop for your bike needs.

I had a new bike fitting with Brian. He spent time answering my questions and addressing my concerns with my bike fit and my joint issues. I am extremely happy with the customer service that I have received at Campus.

I was one of two in a group that rented bikes for a multi-day bike trip on line without knowing anything about the shop. The rental process was simple and the shop answered any questions I had before the pick up. The pick up was simple and quick. The bikes were well maintained and in good shape! The rack on the bike didn't fit my pack so they found a rack and changed it out without an issue. On our last day of the ride, I had a flat - the bike came with an under seat pack that had everything needed to change out the tube so it was easily changed and we were back on our way. I ended up getting another flat and since I had already used the tube, the shop sent someone out to us to change it and check the bike allowing me to finish my ride. One of the group also got a puncture on her personal bike which was tubeless but self-sealed as we finished the ride and the shop checked it as well for her when we checked the rental in. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure about renting an unknown bike from an unknown shop but it went great!! I'd rent from them again and recommend them without hesitation.
