This place is a unique workout experience. The coaches are so encouraging and show proper techniques to accomplish your fitness goals. This is a great place if you like to learn skill from the very beginning and build on that experience.

-Long story short, cheap spot to attend. Worth it 100% -Positive environment to learn flips. Clean spot. -Helpful Staff. -Overall a must if you're looking for a chill spot to flip around at.

My daughter attended during Winter Break classes and LOVED IT. She attended Monday and we immediately booked another day that week. The coaches were wonderful and worked so well with the kids.We recently had her birthday party there as well. Again, the coaches were so helpful with the kids and setup/keeping the flow of the party.

After staff quit they just blew off coming and had kids sitting outside their class on a Wednesday night without any calls to parents. I don’t care if you have staff issues you get there and you make sure you tell people what’s going on. I called the place many times and never had a return call once. Horrible management I can see why their staff quit on them and I would not recommend going here at all. Find something better to do with your kids don’t waste your time
