I am writing to share my recent experience with Buffalo Towing services, specifically about the outstanding service provided by the owner, Mike.
I had the pleasure of utilizing Buffalo Towing services to tow my vehicle, and I must say that Mike was incredibly responsive and respectful throughout the entire process. His promptness and efficiency were truly impressive, and the pricing for the service was more than reasonable.
One thing that stood out to me was Mike's evident pride in his company and his dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. It was evident that he values his customers and goes above and beyond to provide a top-notch towing service.
Based on my experience, I can confidently say that I will not hesitate to use Buffalo Towing services again in the future, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional towing assistance.

I was going back and forth with a different tow company for over a week. Out of frustration, I called the FIRST Tow company that came up on Google and THANK GOD it was this one! Mike came out, assessed the situation, and due to a mistake that I made, he personally drove back to his shop to grab tools, came right back and got the job done so smoothly. Most guys would’ve given me a hard time with how bad my truck not only looked, but where it was parked and the difficulty it presented trying to get it out. Not Mike, he was courteous, accepting, and was able to lighten the mood with light humor. I can’t recommend this company enough! They’re now my first point of contact going forward. Thanks Mike!

Mike responded to my call very quickly and was able to help me. I am very grateful for his help. He towed my car when he said he would and saved me money. I hope I never need his help again but if I do I will call Buffalo Towing.

I must share this if any of my friends should break down in Buffalo, NY. (Disclaimer, I do not have Triple A).
I was faced with determining how to get my car home to the Olean area after it broke down late in the day on Thursday. After a quick search, I decided to contact Buffalo Towing Services and was assured by the owner, MIke, that he'd be able to bring my car to Olean. In addition, the cost was very reasonable, considering the time and distance involved. The rate was also discounted for cash payment and I was very pleased he was able to deliver it to Olean for me.
I highly recommend contacting Buffalo Towing (MCH Enterprises) if you ever find the need.

Don’t even waste your time call a different tow truck I waited to get my car towed to a mechanic but he never even showed up or even texted back would give 0 stars If I could have
