This is one of the biggest and fanciest boat houses I’ve ever seen. They have just about everything here, it’s amazing. Repositioning shelves, outdoor erging platform, and even a dedicated boat maintenance hall. Truly a great boathouse, makes me jealous.

Learned to row here a few years ago and fell in love with the sport. I even built my own rowing shell from a kit. Huge brand new facility. Made some great friends here too. Couldn't ask for more and I look forward to seeing the club grow.

BSRA is a 501c3 nonprofit located at 405 Ohio Street on the Buffalo River. Our 16,000 square foot ADA-accessible boathouse was completed in April 2021.
We welcome youth and adults of all abilities from all over Western New York to row and kayak on the Buffalo River from 405 Ohio Street. BSRA is an umbrella organization to several association organizations such as: Buffalo River Rowing Club Masters & Adult Rowing, Canisius High School, Buffalo Seminary, WeCanRow-Buffalo (female cancer survivors) and BSRA Youth/Juniors. BSRA also has a pilot adaptive rowing program for peoples with cognitive disabilities and we support veteran rowers.
