Extremely overpriced - all items are salvaged and usually donated, it makes no sense to charge what they do for donated items that turn 100% profit. I walked away from a large sale because Kevin would not negotiate or drop his ridiculously quoted price for items that can be found on the side of the road. This has become a glorified junk yard. I will no longer fund this business, my patronage has ended. You 100% will be charged based on your appearance, they will judge you and adjust the prices accordingly based on how they see you.

Amazing community resource for historic and low cost building materials. There's now even an art supplies section for new and gently used supplies. Highly recommend!

Great place for vintage pieces of furniture, hardware and any other hard to find items from the past. Doorknobs, hinges, frames, farm sinks, kit hen cabinets. Need doors? Pocket doors, french doors, exterior mahogany doors, they've got them. I was looking for an old door to use on my pantry and found it here. Ian McDonald and Kevin Hayes were wonderful. Both men couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable in their field of architectural salvage. No matter which piece you asked about they knew it's history and where its origin. Make use you visit them! Carol

It's amazing, I was like a kid in a candy store. Sooooo much stuff u could be in there for hours and their prices are amazing. All sizes and styles of old doors in order by size. No need to shuffle through them, just find your size and the one you love. You won't be disappointed!!! You can find almost anything in there for a remodel, vintage styles

Great place if you can put projects together yourself and see the potential in items. Tons of historic windows! It’s a large warehouse but items are generally grouped together (windows, doors, tiles, stone slabs, parapet clay coping, etc.Entrance is on the side of building.Open on weekends. Street parking is plentiful.Take your time to wander through.
