Go here! These guys are amazing. To be honest, I am not from Buffalo, and did not expect to find hidden gems like Buffalo Motor Works & PinPoint Repair here. These gents are honest, no-pressure, and ethical. My friends were in a pinch for a quality used car after their Buick's frame cracked on a drive up from Myrtle Beach. They bought a gorgeous Lexus hybrid from Andre, owner of Buffalo Motor Works, and couldn't be happier. (A few of us are actually a little jealous of it!) They were so excited about it, they showed it off to all their extended family! Andre was exceedingly patient with our questions and throughout the whole process. (He also is quite knowledgeable about Buffalo history, he may have another calling as a tour guide!) After our positive experience with Andre, we took our other cars - a BMW & Prius, to Dan. I am not exaggerating when I say Dan saved us hundreds, and probably more, on the repairs. I know this bc I had a quote from another trusted mechanic, and Dan fixed the problem for $260 rather than $1,000+. He also did a fantastic job on the BMW repair (he's a certified BMW master technician I believe), at a fraction of the price it would cost elsewhere. And I'm not talking about a dealer's estimate - he beat the other garages. By a lot. Dan also caught a few non-working lights that the cops in my area love to stop you for, so I'm grateful for that as well. I also need to point out that, as a WOMAN, these guys were equally respectful to me as to a man. Unfortunately we are still in a time when some car dealers and mechanics overcharge women, etc., but not these guys. They also run a more peaceful place than other spaces. You'll see. Finally, I really love their vision & vibe. Thanks again for everything, "Just 3 guys with a beard"!

My husband and I just had a truly delightful car buying experience with Andre at Buffalo Motor Works. These guys are encyclopedias of hybrid knowledge and so wonderful to work with. If you're looking for a used hybrid-- check them out! West Side bonus: they're in the neighborhood!

I am from the west coast and purchased a collector vehicle in Toronto. I took it across the border and stored it with Buffalo Motor Works while waiting for a shipper to take it out west. Dan and Andre took great care of the vehicle and were very good to work with. I would use them for short term car storage anytime. Great service!

These guys are wonderfully talented, friendly, and super professional-they treated me like I was family. I had a tight budget and specific needs for the type of transport I needed and these guys searched auctions across the country to find me the perfect car. From start to finish I had a great experience and I LOVE my hybrid! I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!!

A wonderful car buying experience! Andre has deep expertise on hybrid and electric vehicles. He walked me through the different options they had on the lot, it was very low pressure. More like talking to a friend than a sales guy. I've had Dan (their mechanic) work on other vehicles that I own in the past, he is extremely thorough and detail oriented. I bought with confidence knowing that he had prepared the 2006 Prius I ended up buying. I've had the car a few months now and it's been wonderful. The gas mileage is great (I average 45mpg in almost all city driving, I was closer to 55mpg when I drove from Buffalo to Rochester). The nicest part about the purchase is the freedom it gives you to travel. Their level of service was outstanding. Andre picked me up at my office and drove me to their lot to see the cars and let me test drive one. This was also the first time I've ever financed a car, Andre worked closely with me and the loan officer at Buffalo Metro Federal Credit Union to get the funds transferred. I've already recommended their dealership to a few friends looking for vehicles. I am 100% happy with my purchase and the car buying experience.

Buffalo Motor Works is a great local business with an excellent approach to selling hybrids. Unlike times with other car dealers, I had a great experience with Buffalo Motor Works. Andre and Dan handled my sale with respect and integrity and I was pleasantly surprised.

My experience with Andre and Dan at Buffalo Motor Works was great. I recently purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from them and have been completely happy with the vehicle. Andre has taken the time to follow up with me after my purchase to ensure that I was satisfied. In addition to the great vehicle and wonderful costumer service, these gentlemen care about the community in which they serve, this was apparent throughout my experience with them. It was refreshing to not feel the hesitation that often comes with buying a used vehicle, I can truly say it was a pleasure doing business with Andre and Dan.

I bought a 2005 Toyota Prius from Buffalo Motor Works in January 2013. I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company, from the patient and non-pushy salesmanship of co-owner Andre to the continued maintenance provided by co-owner and ASE-certified technician, Dan.
I'm paying around $30 every time I tank up compared to $70-75 in my old car, and I'm getting approximately 100 miles more per tank in the Prius.
Do yourself a favor and acquaint yourself with these great guys and their great company if you're in the Buffalo-Niagara area and looking to buy and/or service your hybrid.

I am so glad to have found these guys. They were both really helpful and attentive. I bought a 2002 Prius and have been very happy with it. If our other car dies, we are hoping to get another used hybrid.

Buffalo Motor Works is a excellent new company. They provide a great service and a great idea on going green. The cars they have are very clean with little to none wear and tear. From my understnding a majority of the cars are brought from the south which means no rust The car i bought was missing floor mats and they called to say they would order them with out ever asking. Their attention to detail is great i would do business with them again

Fabulous experience working with Andre at Buffalo Motor Works! Andre and Dan have a very low-key style; we did not feel as if we were dealing with a car dealership. There was no pressure, only multitudes of facts and statistics about the product they believe in-hybrid cars. Andre worked with us, and he is very conscientious. He went above and beyond our expectations. They were very prompt in returning calls or texts-the responsive communication reinforced our good feeling about the purchase. The car was immaculate, and ready to drive away. It was actually a pleasure purchasing this car. We plan to purchase our next hybrid from Buffalo Motor Works!

I bought a car from Buffalo Motor Works, LLC in December 2013. This was my first experience with hybrid vehicles and I really knew nothing about them going into it. I am extremely happy that I found these guys; both Andre and Dan were amazing!! Andre handled the sale with me and I never felt any pressure to buy anything and he offered up tons of information not only about hybrids in general, but everything he knew about the car as well. He handled the sale professionally and also made me feel very comfortable working with them. After I bought the car, literally days later, a warning light came on and it meant that the automatic headlight level sensor was broken. I called Dan and he fixed it within ONE day, no problem, under their 30 day warranty. I would DEFINITELY go back to these guys in the future for any cars and I highly suggest anyone looking for a new vehicle (even if they didn't have a hybrid in mind) to check these guys out. You will not regret it! =)
