Received a letter 5 months ago stating my heloc rate would not be raised AT ALL, and then receieved a letter today stating they are raising it another 1%. Don't make promises you can't keep.

This was my first ever bank account and I must say this bank has been the worst experience I have had. I don’t know if it was because I was younger but no one ever took time to answer my questions. It took from July up until this week to receive a phone call about my auto loan I requested. I had this bank since I was fifteen and now I’m 22. THE WORST EXPERIENCE that I have encountered at any bank. And to be a member for as long as I have and see no changes whatsoever, I will be closing my account before the end of the year with no regrets. It’s your money! Put it with people who’ll have some respect for you!

I only wish I could rate it lower. I don't know how much worse a bank could be. The ATM is either not functioning at all or only partially functioning most times. I had a security be rude to me and when I called him on it he challenged me to a fight while wearing a gun on his hip. Some days the bank is shut down in the middle of a work day. I could go on but why bother. A place this bad will never improve. I doubt they feel they need to improve at all.

Bought a camper from them at Manheim Lakeland auction two months ago and nobody will answer my phone over there. Mario and Shannon are probably the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with on solving an issue. They repeatedly Dodge my calls and the receptionist has told me they’re at lunch every single time I call them. even early in the morning and later in the day. I will never do business with them again and strongly urge everyone else to not do business with them.

I apply for a home equity loan in February of 2023 never received a call and email etc.. I have called the credit union three times in the past three days left a message regarding a car loan never got a call back. I'm a long term member of the credit union. David C. Martz

Interest fees and bank charges are insane. Customer service is horrible. Would never recommend doing business with them.

Been using this credit union for as long as I can remember. The staff is extremely thorough and willing to help. I've only had two poor experiences in the 15+ years I've used their services, which have both been rectified in a timely manner with positive result.Being local, I am glad I can call them during business hours or stop down to have a question answered. Their team walks through processes and projections to ensure my financial wellness is in the green (no pun intended).They have improved their services and technologies over the past five years, which has improved customer service and user-friendliness.When I have the opportunity, I always recommend my peers to this financial institution. They're helpful, provide fantastic rates, and are local!

Banks make money in a myriad of ways, there’s no reason to now charge 5% to turn in pre rolled counted coins. No excuse is good enough. It’s been in banking since banking began. Buy a counter machine. Sorry they charge you for delivery but that’s part of the business that you’d easily make up for in interest. You lost my business over a coin machine.

Extremely long & unreasonable phone hold times! I actually drove there from Lakeview,Ny still on hold in the drive thru! Wasted numerous lunch breaks waiting for customer service. Smh

when I opened my account in 2014 I was thrilled with the service of BFLOMETROCU. now it's a maze of phone cam, and failure to follow up on important issues. difficulty with chargebacks and unauthorized transactions. horrible customer service- very disappointed in the "free" checking but now monthly charges for negative balance even though I have overdraft protection. currently looking for a new credit Union. the only reason this account t is still open is because of credit history etc. Ive been told by tellers they just don't have the time to take care of business. super disappointe.

I have been with this credit Union for almost 25 years it has really gone downhill seriously thinking about closing me and my mom's account you can never get in touch with anybody I don't care what time of day you call the phone just rings constantly then when someone picks up the phone or either hang it up on you or either they put you on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever comes back to the phone the tellers see you standing in line and will be having a conversation with each other and make you wait and don't try getting a loan or credit card they want your first Born

Thank God I am not a member here. 7 different names given to contact the loan department and not one person answers or calls back. Half of their mailboxes are full and you cant leave a voicemail. What a horrible bank
