I’m happy with BMG. Dr. Pusatier is a great doctor. I’ve been seeing him over 25 years. I love that I can check in online & wait in the car for a text message that tells me to report to the area when the doctor is ready to see me. Service is fast and everyone is nice.

Horrible experience yesterday. I called in December to make sure Buffalo Medical group took my new insurance plan and they said yes. Then I go to check in for my physical and they tell me they do not take my insurance. They didn’t even inform me of this when I called billing the week prior to give them my new insurance card. I ended up paying out of pocket for something that should have been covered. What terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've only recently started working with BMG, and it's been very impressive. The speed and efficiency of the organization, combined with the apparent expertise of their healthcare providers, leaves me to believe I'm receiving the best care I can. Now it's up to me to maintain a healthy lifestyle so I don't end up over using these services ?

Had blood work done was a few minutes late but didn't have to wait very long the phlebotomist was very friendly and very nice young lady experience was very good thank you

I have only good things to say i have felt supported there since I began in the 80’s, my GP was.new as I, only younger then. I’m 76 and been there since my 40’s. I’m still doing better than most people my age and I attribute that at least in part to BMG!

The check in was seamless. I was also able to pay mu co-pay ahead of time before my appointment. When i arrived all I had to do was sign-in. I waited just a few minutes and I was called in. My doctor did not rush and spent quality time with me. The staff was welcoming. All my concerns were addressed. I was very pleased with my visit.

They remodeled the mammogram area its real nice. The women doing the mammograms and breast sonograms are kind, compassionate, and just nice to be tested by. I been getting my tests done here for a while and never had a bad experience, even when they found my cancer. The empathy for others shines with this group. Highly recommend them.
