I have ventured into this market for decades and never even considered writing a review. But recently i have gone in and made purchases, as sometimes it is a crap shoot to get good quality meat. While I like the presentation and the availability of the staff. I can not ignore the inconsistent customer service. They seem to always be in a rush, and the specials and incentives change by the moment or the person helping you. Apparently there has been this longstanding offer for a free "item" if you spend a certain amount. Nothing fancy it may just be small frozen pies or whatever. But you have to ask ... it is never offered. And then the amount you need to spend seems to change from person to person. Anywho everything is clean and organized great. The quality of the meats are fresh, and they guarantee the food you purchase..prices are a bit higher than other markets I have been to ....but I have never had a problem with ANYTHING I Purchased. I love that they wrap your food according to your specifications and label each of them. They bag them up neatly and pass them to you. This market has been around for quite some time and they are doing the very best they can to navigate through COVID Customer service could use a little work but overall a great place to shop

I thought I might save some money and time by ordering a meatpack. I found this business on Google. I should have read the reviews. The woman on the phone when I first called was a little rude. I asked if subsitiutions were allowed, I wanted more chicken..less ribs and papper steak. I was told sure. That never happened. The wait was about 5 days and on the day I had a 3-4 hr window. I was told that the next time wouldn't be a several day wait. I was told that they would start my next order with some free chicken when I next ordered, though she wanted to argue about who said what about the substitutions. Bad practice. I still planned to order again. They even added a big bag of small m&ms packs. But the proof is in the meat. It's not good. The quality is mediocre at best. They can keep the free couple lbs of chicken. All of it- ground beef, boneless chicken, split breast, pepper steak...all tasteless no matter how well cooked. The steak cut fires I added on were good. The jumbo shrimp was smelling off on day 1. That was expensive too. The man who delivered was very nice. Too bad the meat is not worth the price.

I am on here to let this great business realize they are losing customers because of " the woman who answers the phone." I see another review about her also. I suggest you have someone answer the phone who doesn't want to discourage orders/callers from coming to your store! She is not a good representation of the quality of your product! I have dealt with her rudeness multiple times and tolerated it but today she went too far and mocked me! I deal with the public daily in Buffalo and Amherst and will NOT recommend phone orders to anyone as long as she is answering! No business is that strong these days to drive away customers by someone who obviously bothered by callers!

How very very rude the lady who answers the phone is. If the stress of taking orders is too much for you... Tell me why are you are taking the calls for again please All she wants is to get the money for the order give no other pertinent information and be off the phone in exactly 8.225 Seconds. Courtesy for the customers that keep the business afloat is Zip. Wow never again thanks for no thing.

I stopped in to buy two steaks. When waiting for the credit card machine to be available, I asked if it was too late to add steak sauce. The woman huffed, snatched the bag off the counter, threw it on the chop counter, and snapped "what do ya want??" This lack of customer service and unwarranted unprofessional attitude will make this my last visit.
