I made an attempt to contact Buffalo Design and Printing to talk about a possible partnership and was met with rude customer service. They were unwilling to discuss the opportunity of doing business and after speaking with members of the company on phone, I chose to take business elsewhere.

I needed two large banners made before a conference and it was almost closing time. The staff was helpful, courteous, and delivered above expectations. At the storefront, I found out they also do stationary and lots of other things. This is a wonderful business that contributes lots of value to the community.

I worked with Jake for my bridal shower games, favor tags and place cards. They all turned out INCREDIBLE and I received so many compliments! My husband and I then worked with Jake to create our wedding place cards. Once again, the place cards turned out exactly the way we wanted. He was so patient and made sure the designs were perfect for us. Their work is extremely fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

Have dealt with Buffalo Design and Printing over the past 15 years. Have always been treated with the greatest courtesy and professionalism. Joe and Jake have always listened to our needs, help with suggestions to improve our product and always worked with us to meet our timeline. Highly recommend them.

This company calls themselves a business Meanwhile they denied my image and making my labels because their employees felt some kind of way. I counted on them to make me labels and design me business cards and they are gonna tell me and i Quote "but this logo design makes my office staff uncomfortable. If you change your logo, let us know, but we are not interested in printing this label.".......Makes your staff uncomfortable? So I guess in order to do business with your company my business has to make your staff comfortable? Change my logo? Are you kidding me? Hands down the worst. As a first time business owner that was the worst response ever!!

Joe, Jake and the team at Buffalo Design and Printing did such an amazing job helping us with our business! We came to them looking for help with logo design, business cards, website help...pretty much everything. They gave us such amazing advice and designed a logo for us that was exactly what we were looking for! They also designed the business cards we needed and got them to us in no time! Every time we stopped in to speak with Joe or Jake, we would end up leaving with so much helpful information that helped us better serve our clients and helped to grow our business. Whatever your business needs, we would highly recommend Buffalo Design and Printing!

I called in an order I wanted to place with them since they're a local place I was going to give them the business instead of online but this has been the worst experience ever!! I called in what I wanted and talked to the lady on the phone and she said that she would have to run it by her boss which was fine. I waited a week, two weeks. Nothing. Then I called back and they said "oh I'm sorry I'll get that to you tonight" never got it. So I called again a few days later thinking they may have been running behind a little bit. I demanded to talk to the manager because it was ridiculous at this point. How long does it take to write up a quote? I can't see them being that busy it takes two weeks to write a quote. Either way he didn't justify anything for me and I took my business to Insty-Prints and they got me a quote the same day and had my order ready within the week.

Working with owner Joe and his staff is an absolute pleasure. We ordered some business cards that were newly designed. The quality of the cards were fantastic and they produced them faster then I've ever gotten from other places in the past. His team did a fantastic job, highly recommended.

Hello my name is Tiffany and I do psychic readings I contacted Joe so that he can provide me a sign for my new business he refused to do business with me to provide me a sign because I do psychic readings and that is discrimination you’re not supposed to Discrimination against anybody who does not share your religious views so Side note I am a born-again Christian ✝️ he wanted to refer me to somebody else because he is discriminating against me I find this highly offensive

This place is amazing!! I have been using them for a few years now. Every time I use them not only does the work come out amazing but there expertises and knowledge is second to none. They keep my business looking amazing on any printable median!! There truly is no job to big or to small for this company!! I would recommend them to anyone just try them out you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve never posted anything like this for a printing company before. Buffalo Design and Printing is an outstanding organization. The best people and experience I’ve ever had with printers. Treat us like family. Will never use another printer.
