Ummm I can’t support this place ever again as I just had the WEIRDEST experience here. I buy my laundry soap here every month (about $60 for 2 of them) I came here today and the associate refused to let me pay with a $100 bill. I asked her to use the marker on it and she said “yeah it’s not accurate sometimes” I’m a nurse and I drive 12 miles out of my way just to specifically come to this store for my laundry soap. The 2 females who were working on September 25th at 3 pm thanks for this great experience lol NEVER again.

We had my daughter’s birthday party here and can’t say enough good things about it! Brionna and her staff went above and beyond! The entire party ran smoothly and the girls had so much fun!!! I highly recommend a birthday party here!

We were greeted by Bri and Tori. They were so kind and so helpful. They answered all of our questions. They had such awesome attitudes and you could tell that they love what they do! They were absolutely wonderful! This will be my new location for buying Buff City! Thank you for the samples. In a world where everyone is so harsh it was an absolutely wonderful experience at this location with Bri and Tori! Thank you ladies so much, give these hard workers a raise! They are wonderful!! AMAZING customer service. Bri and Tori were absolutely amazing, answered all my questions, were so kind and even gave us a few free samples. I have not been treated so kindly in a store in a long time. The two girls are amazing and made me want to drop some cash!!! Love love love them! Thanks, girls! I can’t wait to come back!

Drove all the way here from the location on Niagara Falls because we were told they had the entire pumpkin spice bundle (the candle, the pumpkin spice bath bomb and shower fizzy). We even called to verify and was told on the phone that they had it all and plenty of them. Once I got here, found out they only had the candle and bar soap. Nothing else. I really liked this place. But I’m done. I’m not gonna be lied to like that and continue my business with them. Needless to say, I’m disappointed. I’ll take my business back to Lush.

Employee was helpful and wrapped my items up. I thought I would give them as a gift and support a local business. I did notice the soaps don't seem to have a distinct scent. Many of soaps smell like nothing. The prices are not clearly labeled. I shouldn't have to search for it. Put some labels up by the bathbombs with what scent they are and how much they cost. No labels or price on the sampler gift set of bar soaps, etc.

Soaps smell great! My kids love the bath bombs. Customer service was great! They made sure I had all the coupons to get the discounts!
