Truly one of the worst experiences buying a phone ever. Bought 5g phone & new line 3 weeks ago. Phone has worked maybe 7 days total. Went back to the store a least twice a week since then, and they tell me call 800# or wait 2-4 hours while tech support enters one of three sim cards I've had to buy. It's either gross incompetence or a total scam.

Boost mobile 1255 Bailey Ave. Mario was the nicest and most helpful, knowlegdable young man to help us! Highly recommend! Also, 1498 South Park location have had excellent help and service there as well.

Terrible customer service! I called before I went to see if they carried what I needed. The woman that answered the phone said she believed they carried what I was looking for because they sell and carry Apple products. I then ask her for a price and she says she doesn't know, she's new. So I got permission to leave work and went to the Boost store. A co worker and I enter, no other customers and three employees. The store is very small and no one could look to see if they had the product. Three employees and no customers and no one could look. So they did not have the product I was looking for. A waste of time and terrible customer service, no apology.
