I cannot begin to express how much gratitude I have for this establishment and their genuine approach to doing business. I had such a wonderful experience the other day. You never know what challenges people are going though in life, but the owner had the intuition to know that I was going though something and personalized my experience accordingly with kindness, patience, and humility. I went to Bomi to create a custom engagement ring after searching around for someone I was comfortable with taking care of something so important to me. I was blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail, and final product! Erica is the most helpful person that I have ever worked with as a customer! I was very particular about every little detail, and she was patient and attentive and took care of every problem in a very pleasant and easy way. The process was so much easier and more enjoyable because of her. Thank you!

We live in Florida and have been able to purchase magnificent jewelry long distance because of Mike and his team’s ability to consult, choose, create and deliver exactly what we wanted - whether custom or in stock. They have the finest of gems and the quality settings/designs to match.When I have needed repairs the turn around time was quick, easy and at an incredibly fair price. I love Bomi jewelers. Since Hofert's closed, I've been looking for a Jewler to do business with, where I feel comfortable, and appreciate it as a customer. Not only did they resize my wedding band, but they did it on the spot, as a walk-in. I couldn't have been happier with the attention and service Brandon gave me.

I have NEVER been disappointed. Every piece of jewelry I have received whether it has been fashion or precious stones has been beautiful. Their attention to detail and unique peices have us going back time and time again. This time was for an adjustment to my engagement ring and band. The work was flawless and they made sure I would get it back in time for a holiday party. The staff is so pleasant to work with and clearly take pride in what they do.
