This auto shop is, sadly, a rarity in today’s day and age: a straightforward, honest business that performs quality work. They’re right up the street for me, which is a godsend whenever I need work done. My only qualm is that they’re always booked, sometimes weeks out. Still, the aforementioned is indicative of the great work they do and the consistently high demand they enjoy; definitely a first world problem. I just hope that labor shortages don’t affect their otherwise stellar service over the long run. Highly recommended.Services: Tire rotations

Bob & Don's provides fast and fair car care that is high quality with great customer service. I know I can trust them when I bring my car in, they'll do what's needed for a fair price and won't take advantage of you, and Jim always explains what's needed and what they did clearly. Thankful I have a place I can trust and rely on.

My car was making a very loud noise and it sounded to me like the ball bearings. I took to West Herr Hyundai on Transit Rd. They called me and told me both rear bearings would need to be replaced and it would cost $1300 with parts and labor. I called Bob and Dons on kensington ave and told them. they said that sounds like a lot. So a week later I brought my car over there they only needed to to replace one side and it cost me $500, even if they would of done both sides it would of been way cheaper. Unless something is under warranty never let the dealer touch your car.

Always backed up , but that’s a good sign.One of the few garages with honest mechanics.I brought my car in to be looked at , I was given a very detailed breakdown of what was wrong. How long it would take to fix and the cost .After heading home I researched parts and price . Bobs price was at the low end of the average estimates .

Bob and Don’s Automotive is a fantastic repair shop and I can’t say enough positive about Jim and his crew. They offer excellent customer service and more importantly are honest with their assessment of your vehicle. Jim will not push services on you that are not really needed, like many chain shops do. It is so refreshing to deal with a trustworthy mechanic. I have been taking my vehicles here for several years and I will continue to do so.Services: Tires
