Worst dip manicure possible. So dissatisfied and disappointed! Paid 45+ tip for dip manicure. This picture was taken 3 days after application. Typically when I go to my normal manicure place my dip manicure lasts 5+ weeks. With no chipping, cracking only grow out. This place obviously has no idea how to apply dip manicures correctly. Waste of time & money. Do not go here!

I’ve been there quite a few times before, and it was always satisfactory. However, this last time it was low on the quality scale. I asked for coffin shaped nails, and what I got instead looked like crooked, misshapen haphazardly cut tombstones. I mentioned the obviously crooked acrylic nail on my pointer finger, and I was told that it was “supposed to look like that until after it was filed” … I fixed them myself a couple days later

This is my go to nail shop, the ladies are very nice and do a good job. Gel pedicure and manicure is $80, which is a lot of money however, it does last for a month or more and if I was to pay for the same procedure on a cruise ship it would cost $150 and up. I’m saving money by getting it done on land. They offer many other services and I recommend them if you’re in the area.

Google hours say open until 8.. I call ahead of time to say I’m coming I walk in at 7:01 and she smiles at me saying they are now closed at 7p. Talking in Chinese laughing as I’m trying to tell them I took a ride to get there. I’m telling them about the google hours she smiles saying they changed them. Save your money.

If I could leave a 0 star review trust and believe I would. Price gauging is real !! I used to pay 25/30 for my nails . Not only was my nails 60( 50 plus 20 % for gratuity) ALL MY NAILS ARE BREAKING OFF. I literally just had them done 06/22/2023 these pictures are taken a week apart on the date of 06/29/2023. Please don’t waste your money here. And I would like to mention all of the nails broke exactly at the part you glue the nail tip on. I don’t do any extensive work AT ALL. Majority broke completing simple task like opening the door, showering and washing dishes.

I like Hannah she’s great but there’s another woman that always ends up doing my nails and she has to be coached on everything and she gives a bit of attitude. My nails have broken within 2 days of getting done each time and I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but how does a nail break by just picking up wet clothes? The acrylic was so thin! I won’t be coming here anymore and I’ve been going to this shop since I was a kid. If Hannah can’t do my nails, then I just refuse to go anymore.Services: Acrylic nails

BEWARE. Worst gel mani I have even got in my life. It’s like a child who never painted nails did them. Gel is not suppose to touch the cuticle, it does on every nail. Horrible. I want to have it redone but after reading these reviews I’m afraid it’ll be just as bad if I go back. They also use the same files for everyone, so gross.Service: Gel manicures
