I just visited one of your locations and they came to ask me if I was going to pay for the things I had in my bag. I was told that it is the policy of the place, if so it seems totally out of place to me. They should change their policy. I will not visit their stores anymore.

What a huge discount on all the Christmas decorations! We went the day after Christmas. We bought a new beautiful tree with lights attached and a cart full of decor for $183 !!!!

Bought a comforter and when I got it to the car I realized it couldn't be dried so I went directly back in to return it , I was not given a receipt so I only got 23 dollars back of the 30 I spent.

The staff were very nice and I felt bad but I had ordered a bed online and they said they didn't have it in store when I went to pick it up. They checked three times and finally found it. I guess the box was labeled differently. I'm grateful the guy looked up the product online as he was trying to help me find a nearby store with it in stock so I could pick it up but he did verified his store has it and rechecked in the back for the final time. So many others employees usually just dismiss you at this point but he did a great job helping me get to the bottom of my order and I am so grateful!

Like a tzunami went off and dumped out a disaster everywhere. I feel bad for the staff as there is no merchandize in the places it is supposed to be. Having moved from Ohio and Michigan, with incredible Big Lots, this place should change its name to Dollar General as it might be a more accurate description.
