I love the fact they have multiple cell phone stores inside and they recycle your old tech. They wipe the hard drives at no cost. Really cool

Pathetic. I came in looking for an adapter-did my best could not find it…went to the front to a who pointed me way in the back of the store. Still could not find it. Went to the checkout and waited as 3 employees people stood there…nobodyLifting a finger as I waited-one guy just stuck on his computer as I stood there-the other person cashed someone out and then left…finally, one person said he would be right back to help after taking a TV purchase to the front-this is an awful Best Buy store…lazy and clueless staff too busy talking to each other-it wasn’t even busy -I have spent my last dollar at this store.

1/24/24 just stopped by the geek squad desk for warranty work.. fantastic customer service.Absolutely fantastic customer service..even though it was closing time.. they still helped me place my order.. very pleased. ??

Had a friendly exchange about my recently purchased laptop from Dell...acting up...worked with the geek squad team...very helpful and accommodating...had a chance to get an HP...great experience too bad it happened

Ordered my new phone online from Samsung and was able to pick it up at Best buy. Was in and out in less than five minutes. I was on my lunch break so this was awesome

I wanted to phone this store directly to inquire if my currently-processing online order qualifies for my Military discount. The only phone# listed, 716-837-9080, rings into a call center apparently in the Phillipines. Of course, they have no way of knowing this. Furthermore, the rep said BestBuy Amherst, NY accepts no incoming phone calls. Sadly, this is what has become of "customer service!"
