Love this store and sales support. I picked up a Samsung phone. I bought a case and screen protector from the store. Installation used to be free but now they are charging for the service. Still like the store experience

The best appointed Best Buy I have seen in years. Well stocked with great products the bathrooms were clean. The staff was helpful and the purchase process was smooth

Horrible service. Gentleman at front does not know what he is doing. Came into get lifetime replacement screen replaced for iphone. He sent us to apple even though I said we do it at mobile desk. Waited for apple. They said to go to mobile desk. Guy at front of store wanted us to purchase the screen. I already have paid for the lifetime replacement. Why would I repurchase. I told him we were going to our best buy near our house that knows what we need and always treats us perfectly.

Our TV just quit. We ordered one on the website and was ready for pick up within 20 minutes. They offered to help me put it in my car. We were happy with the whole experience

Poor customer service. Went there to buy a portable speaker , webcam and a trackpad , came out empty handed because of the poor service and quite honestly very poor attitude. Not to mention, someone was supposed to help , didn’t came even for 40minutes and that’s the time I decided to step out. I don’t think I am stepping into that store again.
I believe the guy in charge is Joe is quite unprofessional. And probably because of him will not step into that store.
