Unresponsive. I bought a painting from The Benjamin Gallery via 1stdibs, but I never heard anything from them. Then, after several weeks of writing to them, they finally responded that they were having trouble locating the painting. They said they would get right back to me. It’s been three weeks and they haven’t returned any of my messages. 1stdibs has also tried contacting them with no response. I do not recommend purchasing anything from The Benjamin Gallery. Feels like a sham.

I recently purchased an antique oil painting from this gallery for my father's birthday. Benjaman's Art Gallery has gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It can be scary making a big purchase, but I would do it again in a minute with this gallery!

The most professional and straight forward help I’ve received in years. Baird did an appraisal for me and gave me a bounty of information without expecting anything in return. I would highly recommend their services and gallery to anyone involved in the art world. Amazing place.

I work directly with Emily Tucker and she’s been god sent in reviving my passion for art and specifically local art.

Charles was always promising to get back to me with pictures of some minor damage on the back of the canvas I saw on 1stdibs - but was "always out of town, I'll get back to you soon with pictures". Meanwhile he sold the painting out from under me. I will never deal with this art gallery again.

I was changed 20$ for a general appraisal, and was told I would l be contacted upon further research of my painting. It's been 30 days and no response!! I have called and left numerous messages. I'm starting to feel I've been ripped off!!!:(
