Worst Service ever they did my EPVR delete kit and after that without even consulting with me, my truck cruise limit speed got sent to 70 mph which I had higher before I brought the truck in and also my truck was powered at 500 hp and now is below 450 and I called in and they said they had nothing to do with that definitely something shady going on with the dealership I would recommend not going here save your money try another dealership.

Gary the parts driver has went above and beyond to make sure the correct parts got to us in a timely manner so our customer received his truck in time. It's not very often drivers care about the situation and go on their way but thanks to his service my customer is happy, my tech is happy and that is a successful day. Tim from parts helped us with getting an air tank along with the fittings and plugs we needed for it. He went above and beyond to help us. It's guys like him that continue to make us want to stay with Volvo for any future trucks.

2 appointments, 2 unexplained cancellations when I show up causing me to have to return another day. No remorse from the staff. Literally didn’t have record of my appointment. Beautiful building, no customer Wi-Fi so I can work while I wait on the truck. Just wish I had a better option.

Great Experience with Donna as customer service checking me in. Walk in with emergency from Truck Derating the last 30 miles to my delivery in Buffalo coming from Ohio. I showed Donna the 4 codes that’s on my 2021 Volvo VNL 860. She took all notes and passed off to Jim the service mechanic. Jim did his research pulled my truck in as I sat in driver’s lounge for couple hrs to my truck had no parts to being replace & it just needed software update.I’m grateful this newly built shop got me in being that they have a month back log to get a truck service but in my case it was emergency and there was no one around it plus my truck under warranty. I recommend this shop if you in the area for Volvo Mechanic. Back to the money ????
