Customer service is really hot or miss. Some people are friendly others clearly don’t want to be there. If you don’t scour your app for coupons they won’t apply them at checkout automatically even though they are automatically applied online.

They don’t tell you pick up is only at the downstairs location at the Walden Galleria Mall, on the opposite end of the mall from the upstairs location, which is where my GDS took me to.

My favorite time of year! B&BW candle sale. Even though the candle prices have been going up for the past few years. I am still a fan! $10.25 a candle is not that much of a deal. Seeing that they just had 1/2 off all the candles, but I am such a big candle lover and plus I had some coupons so I decided to stocked up!
