Sheisty carsales salesman Patrick,
Buyers beware!!!
Patrick will lie through his teeth as he smiles in your face, and once confronted he will become physically adjitated and become violent.
No professionalism whatsoever.
His not so intimidating stature although makes his offenses more laughable then serious. I would leave less then 1 star but that's not possible.

I have been going to Basil, this location specifically, for over 15 years and getting my cars serviced there for more than half of that time. Ryan, the service manager, is always amazing to work with! I have tried other Basil locations and other dealerships in the past, but had terrible experiences. Never had a bad experience with service here!

Called this dealership after extensive research on the Chevy Trax vehicles. They had an abundance of them on the site. Interestingly the 2021 with approximately 7k miles was significantly lower in price in comparison to the 2020 actually also milage as well. I called to inquire as I had appointment to set up test drive. The sales rep that I spoke to said "Oh that's probably not correct. I advised that it's considered false advertising. He states it happens often. So how is it my fault if they're advertising incorrectly?I was looking forward to giving them my business, but this experience alone ruined that. It makes them look unprofessional and untrustworthy

I am giving this Dealership a very good review. I was going to buy a car from them and they were very gracious in their time and explanation. Kerri is a great Finance Manager. Tyler is a very Salesman. I drove 3 of their cars and 1 from the Basil on Walden all vehicles were very nice. I just couldn't come to terms with the trade ofone of my cars and the interest rate. However they were able to get me the financing which is great ?. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used car.

Unbelievable deal, they were prompt and gave us a great trade in price as well as had us on the road with our new car in just 2-3 hours!!!!!!! I would recommend them all day long!!!!
