This is an excellent store to visit. Lots and I mean Lots of Buffalo State paraphernalia to choose from. The customer service is top notch. The two ladies working at the register are so helpful. I wish I could remember their names but I can't.

Nice variety. Still am loving my hoodie I got four almost five years ago from here at orientation. It is so cozy I have fallen asleep in it several times. Also has a convient Starbucks inside.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but the quality here has dropped sharply recently. I know times are hard, but the prices at this college bookstore Starbucks are absurdly high, the service is ridiculously slow, and the food is stale.

Rude cashier. Misinformed customer about sale . Nasty Attitude especially when asked to speak to the Manager. Cust asked what to do with the Barnes and Noble shopping bag after transaction, she stated "put it back where you got it from" During my transaction acted like I was trying to scam by asking "do you got your own code from your own email? Of course I showed her my email! On the floor she was very informative and helpful but at the register rude and Impatient. We spent over 500 dollars only to get treated rudely in the end. Please give Ashley some guidance on how to assist paying customers in the future so she can become a better asset in the future with y'all.
