Called and made an appointment for a quote on two full bathroom models; gutting and fully renovating two full baths (not some small project so a solid piece of work and willing to pay for quality). Appointment took place with the understanding we'd receive a quote in a week or so. Have followed up for the quote for almost 7 weeks now and no response or answer. Completely ghosted. Would give zero stars on customer service if possible. It's as if they don't want the work.

Our old front porch was starting to pull away from the house and we knew we had to get a new one. My husband called Bacon and we were sold after talking to their representative. Today we had the new porch installed and are blown away!!! What a difference!!! Looks like a new house!! There were 3 guys that did the work and I have nothing but praise for them!! They worked hard and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Paul and Barbara Ensminger

Waited 20 years for a new bathroom. Bacon did not disappoint. They did such a phenomenal job. Called for a quote and they were out the very next day. During the demo process we had an issue with old pipes in the basement which unfortunately was something they could not take on, however they coordinated with our plumber -something they did not have to do - and the job remained on schedule. They showed up every morning - early! Ryan kept us in the loop with that day’s agenda and every evening we got a recap. We’ve already recommended Bacon to friends and family.

I had my front porch redone in June. They explained the entire process and the matetials to be used. The guys were punctual, professional and cleaned up after the job was completed.They did a beautiful job.I have contacted the office twice for a receipt and warranty promised to me once my check cleared.I'm still waiting.

I had a sliding glass door put in & stairs with a railing built. Everything turned out fantastic and looks beautiful. Great communication & quality work. I'm very please with the outcome and would recommend!

Had Bacon come out for my estimated job. At the time he was responsive but after two weeks I called looking for my estimate that was never given and got an answer of not sure but will get back to you. Another 2 weeks once again will get back to you and that never happened. I went will a reliable company.
